Printer was easy to set up wirelessly to all 3 computers. No problems at all so far though the paper tray is a bit awkward.

I did not originally go in to the store to purchase this printer. I had read reviews and was going to get a different brand. In looking at the different functions of the printers at the store I changed my mind and decided the HP - ENVY 5660 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer was a better way to go for what our family needs. I also like the Instant Ink option. Our old printer - also an HP all-in-one lasted 15 years - stopped recognizing the now difficult to find ink cartridges. If we didn't use it for awhile the ink would dry up...which lead to stressful evenings if needed for school homework due the next day. This will never be an issue with instant ink internal monitoring. Set up was extremely easy. The wireless printing is awesome and works like magic. Print quality is sharp and colorful. Easy to scan documents and send PDFs to computer. Love this printer/copier/scanner!

I owned an HP printer combo that wss so bad that when I went to buy anothet printer, I was going to buy anything other than an HP. The day I went to buy another printer there happened to be an HP rep there. After spending time talking, and complaining about my current printer, he suggested the one I ended up buying. It is leaps and bounds better than the old one in every respect. I'm glad he was there that day.

Works great over the wifi at home. I can also print from my cell phone now. This is awesome.

Brought the printer home and was unable to print. After 2 hours on the phone with HP tech support it was determined printer was defective. Returned the printer same night for a replacement and new one worked like a charm. Overall print quality is very good for both standard documents as well as photos. Didn't give five stars because I found HP tech support to be frustrating.
