The print quality is very good. The wireless feature works great. The scan features also works well, although I need to send a page to the printer to print before the printer can locate my computer for wireless scans. The ink seems to last a long time and I like having the 3 colors combined in 1 cartridge, rather than 3 separate cartridges.

With the experience we've had with HP printers, this printer has been one of the best that we've had. It prints quickly and efficiently, prints two sided without any needed adjustments outside of the settings, is relatively easy to set up, and prints clearly and neatly...and the ink lasts! Only difficult part of it is some parts of the set-up instructions being a bit difficult to set-up. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Easy to use, sleeps on its own and powers up promptly when needed. The auto pull-out tray keeps your papers from shooting out. That's nice! I've had it for about 3 mos with normal household use and have not needed to change the ink. We do have it on color Draft setting but even so, the color is clear and vivid. It has not gone off-line despite the constant laptop disconnects. That was my main issue for replacing my 2 yr old Brother (and ink use was a joke). It does not protrude out from under a standard sized hutch and as noted, the tray can be tucked in and will open on its own when in use. So your office space can stay tidy. Like this little printer!

Looks good, small footprint, functions as advertized. easy setup, talks to internet well. Wireless printing a plus.

The Envy 5660 was easy to set up and is user friendly to operate. Speed is good and it works reliably online.

I walked into Best Buy wanting to buy a printer, but not wanting to spend a whole lot of money to get what I needed. Yes, there are cheaper printers, but the ink costs more for those. I couldn't wait to try out printing from my iPhone (this was the first printer I could do that with). I printed out two 4*6 pictures from my phone and they turned out beautifully. It was easy to set up and get going.

Good printer , easy to use, prints well. Do not like having to remove front of paper tray to refill paper.

Bought this to replace an older, wired connection printer. Got a great price (on sale at Best Buy), brought it home and set it up. It was easy to get it working with all our PCs and mobile devices. Scanning multiple page documents was easy and quite convenient during our recent mortgage refinance when lots of docs were going back and forth in e-mail. I'm quite happy and satisfied with this printer!

Good printer, great quality prints, wireless works great. My only issue so far is the paper can be tricky. If I change from regular copy paper to a card stock or label paper, it takes me a while to get the printer to just print the darn thing, because it keeps asking me if I changed the paper type, but I can't select which type I changed it to, as there are no options for that. It goes around and around until I finally get it to just print.

Great quality print and fairly easy to work. Wireless printing option makes printing from our devises a snap.

I have terrible luck with printers. This HP was recommended by the associate at Best Buy who indeed (which made me a little leery) worked for HP co. He really new his product and other products also. Gave me alot of info. It was an easy set up. Can print from phone again. Works great so far. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it. First time using the online ink program. Work well also.

It was very easy to setup and has been working flawless for a few months now. The WiFi communication has been a dream come true. My last printer had to be reconnected every time I wanted to print. Not this HP.. No matter where I'm at in my house, it prints with no problems and the quality of prints are great!

Great quality printing and scanning. The only downside that I can see with the product is that you have to copy and scan one sheet at a time because it does not have an automatic feed. Prints good quality and I love the wireless connectivity. The printer is upstairs in a bedroom and connects well to my computer downstairs. Happy with this product.

Other than the power cord, this printer is completely wireless - and reliable. It is simple to "connect" and print from an iPhone, a Macbook Air, or a windows based laptop - all across the WiFi signal in the house. Print quality is great for the price. Best Buy staff was again excellent in explaining the product, its features, and answering all questions before the purchase.

Actually found this in store thanks to the HP salesman in the area. Had to find something easy enough that I could explain to my 70+ year old mother-in-law in about two hours. Had to be able to print from Apple products without any type of Wi-Fi connection. Set up was rather easy and my mother-in-law was able to print documents in from her Apple devices in under an hour.

This is an excellent printer; very reliable and easy to incorporate into my home LAN. The only complaint I have is having all the colors (except black) in a single cartridge which results in waste due to colors being used at varying rates. That part notwithstanding, this is superb value for the money. It prints perfectly, and produces excellent photographic prints.
