Replaced an older HP printer. This one was a snap to set up and works much better than the old one.

I replaced my Envy 120 with the 5660 model. I am happy with its performance, but I am unhappy with the software that warns me that the doc cannot be printed and within a minute, it prints. I get constant messages that the "scan to computer function is no longer available" and it scans anyway. I finally found the "advanced settings" so I could choose where to save the scan and the ability to name the scan rather than a sequential numbering system. Printer, very good; software, below average.

It is cheap and free for two-month ink. It prints very fast.

I am pleased with my purchase. The price was fantastic considering all the features this printer has.

Needed a wireless printer. Works great and was easy to setup

I got rid of my Epson Workforce...horrible beast. This HP ENVY is a joy to use...easy, printing is terrific; color and black; great photos; prints 3x5 and 4x6 index cards. Does everything I need and does it well. Good choice by me to change back to an HP.

Print quality is good. I like being able to print duplex (this is likely not exclusive to HP). I bought this in July and have already eaten thru two sets of ink cartridges and I don't print more than a couple times/week and not even with a lot of color: most prints are documents. I wish I had gotten a laser printer. Price of printer isn't bad but....Price of the printer=price of ink cartridges.

Easy to use except for printing pics. If you can figure that out, you will love it.

Very fast. Remote access has been nice. Paper loads easily. Have not replaced ink cartridge yet.

Excellent but for price. Set up very simple and ink is available at Best Buy and other merchants.

Great printer for my college kids and for the family home.

This printer works great printing from my LG5. Was skeptical from reading some of reviews but have not had any issues connecting. Printer stays on and have printed several test pages on different days with no problems. Didn't have to reboot as I read in reviews.

This is our second HP Photosmart printer. The first one lasted for six plus years. Hoping this one lasts just as long.

It appears to be better made than the previous 2 that I have owned. If it lasts more than two years It will be for sure better quality! The black print head on the previous two HP Photosmarts quit between 18 months and two years. Costs as much to fix as to buy new. This time I bought extended warranty! If this one breaks I will get a new one free. I seriously recommend buying the warranty for about $10 through Best Buy.

This is a good quality printer. Very simple to use . Would recommend this printer.
