Very simple to set up and operate. All printing jobs have been accomplished.

Printer works great. Easy set up and couldn't beat the price.

It prints good. Only problem I have is sometimes. Maybe once or twice a week it seems like it don't want to come out of standby. After you try to wake a few times it just restarts. Not sure y. I haven't tried calling hp yet

If you are looking for a good printer for not a lot of money by this one!

Easiest printer to set and start printing I have ever used.

Great printer for occasional color photos. Setup can be a little tricky and it does not come with a cable for direct wiring although setup offers this option. Does not have single sheet feed capability. I like the duplex mode for two sided printing. The built in scan to desktop is handy. This is the 2nd one purchased in two months.

East set up worked immediately. I'm horrible with printers so I am glad I can work this one.

So far, very pleased with quality of printer. Have not used for pictures yet, just documents.

This all in one printer is really neat. does everything and is wireless.

This is a great wireless printer and was very easy to get set up with our laptops. Scans very clear copies to add to emails attachments and always prints out very clear copies, without going through an excessive amount ink.

Was easy to set up and has good features. Like the tray for photo paper.

My last HP suddenly stopped loading paper one day and kept saying the tray was empty, even when it was full. This was after just 3 years of well cared for ownership - almost three years to the date!! These days its more expensive to repair anything than replace it. I thought Best Buy would have the best selection of printers and I wanted a bare bones simple to use one with no extra bells and whistles. I needed one that could scan, copy and print. I did not need a fax, nor did I need it to be wireless, but alas it seems you can't buy anything simple anymore. This was the only model that was close to my requirements, yet it still had far more features than I needed AND is wireless! The wireless part served to become the biggest issue with installing and getting my computer to recognize the printer, since the print manager on my computer needed to be updated - but who would know that?? Why can't these companies make something that is the bare bones and simple to install and use? After all isn't that the whole point of having this technology in the first place - to make things easier and quicker? In all, it took me 4 hours to eventually find out that I needed to update my print manager software, after spending a frustrating three hours trying to figure out what was wrong after following the directions implicitly. Furthermore it took me an hour and a half to even speak to a real person at HP, as they don't want you to call a 1 800 help, instead they would rather you email them the issue and get back to you, which does not work for most of us living our busy lives!! I wish I had something positive to say, but honestly it all seems a racket designed to have us keep buying the newest and latest version, meanwhile more tons of plastic and computer chips continue to add to the already harmful landfill that is fast destroying our planet. What to do?
