I love the fact that I can print from anywhere in the house from any device. It is east to do and there is no fuss. The ink even orders itself! I couldn't ask for anything more.

easy to set up and user friendly

I had a very knowledgable, patient and pleasant sales person. We discussed my needs and he suggested one step up ($10.00 more) but when I asked about another step up he said given my needs, you need not spend the extra money. I like candor and honesty. I am a very loyal Best Buy customer.

Straightforward design. Like the two sided printing. Needed an AirPrint printer to go with MacBook Air.

The directions were clear and it was setup quickly to our home network and to my mobile. It has animated instructions for common tasks such as loading paper and changing ink cartridges.
