Easy to use and great price

The salesman was VERY helpful in picking out a printer that was compact and not expensive. This HP was easy to install and the price was better than the "usual" online seller.

easy to set up and user friendly

I had a very knowledgable, patient and pleasant sales person. We discussed my needs and he suggested one step up ($10.00 more) but when I asked about another step up he said given my needs, you need not spend the extra money. I like candor and honesty. I am a very loyal Best Buy customer.

Straightforward design. Like the two sided printing. Needed an AirPrint printer to go with MacBook Air.

Everything was pretty much self-completed by the printer with a little input from the human in the room. Great copies (color and/or black-and-white).

So easy to use

This is touch screen. Everything is easy to understand. It prints photos. Setup took 5 minutes max. I love it.
