Followed directions entering codes. Will not go through. Printer has already used up the black ink that came with it . Am in the middle of an important project for which we purchased the printer. Help desk reiterated the steps we had already followed. Frustrating. Supposed to have 3 months of free ink delivered to the door. Up a creek! Help, please. MPoel

Easy to use and set up with mobile phone and Ipad.

Wanted a printer to replace our HP Photo printer which they no longer make. The quality of the prints is good and it was not difficult to install and be used from both of our laptops.

This is a good printer for the money. Easy setup, and connectivity

Easy to set up. Good print quality even for pictures. Great to be able to print from mobile devices with easy app. Bought it for my mom. Liked it so much that I bought one for myself.

Love the blue tooth access. The directions for set -up were not optimal for me personally. I had to go back to the store and look at the parts and ask questions about the "little black " box. The Best Buy person was rude and looked at me like I was stupid. It does print beautifully .

Horrible, absolutely horrible IT support. Call HP support and Indian/Bangledash person would not, repeat NOT, help unless I purchased another program for $399.00. Called HP IT support a second time and received same statement. HP would NOT help unless I purchased additional $399.00 package warranty. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

we were a little challenged getting set up on my computer, but after a couple of tries, it went smoothly and everything worked! When we photocopied a document there were a few lines on the paper, but after several copies, it was much better. When we printed a document from the computer, it was fine from the first try

My last printer was an HP, I was happy with it but didn't perform it's mili-function abilities once I upgraded to El Capitan (Apple). So, I did much research and concluded that the HP5660 would be a good fit. It was easy to setup, and, from what I see it has acceptable print quality for my needs. General print needs, with capability to print photographs (separate photo feed tray). However, I have found that I can print a document, a few moments later print another document and the printer just hangs there. The documents I'm trying to print just sit in the print queue. Just yesterday I was printing a basic document (small file size, not a lot of ink coverage), I printed 3 pages (each separately with slightly different text), the only way I could get pages 2 and 3 to print was to shut the printer off, restart, and finally the document in the queue would go, so I shut the printer off twice to get the final 2 pages! I will look into this problem, but I'm guessing there isn't a viable solution for it at this time. This is too bad because I otherwise have liked the prior HP printers I've had.

So easy to use and set up. Simple instructions and amazing quality print. I've paid double the price in the past for less quality. I will never buy anything other that this product again.

Haven't used yet. Hoping it will be easy. Glad it is wireless.

I was looking for an easy to use wireless printer to hook up to my macbook. This took 10 minutes to setup and is so easy to use. Love the quality of the items i print. Overall great printer!

I love my new printer. It prints beautifully. It's easy to use. The price was fantastic since I first checked with HP. It was $130 at HP on line. Best Buy did it again. $85 on sale.

I have bought HP Envy printers for my mom, my college kids and myself. They work effortlessly and wirelessly with my mac. And the price is right! I don't even look at other brands anymore.

So far, no problems with this printer. It was easy to set up for wireless use. The print quality meets my needs perfectly. I use it primarily for printing documents and I don't use it often.
