One problem, the tower makes a buzzing noise. I need to call the service dept.

Not a bad computer but I had to return it. The hdmi port is only 1.4 which means it doesn't play 4k videos at 60 fps. I bought a dell that did.

The fan broke a week into owning it, rendering the PC inoperable. I got it exchanged cause they have a 2 week exchange policy, over here hoping it doesn’t break again. When it’s working it’s great I suppose...

My package was delivered to the nextdoor neighbor thank goodness they are honest. House numbers on curb, house, and mailbox. Very expensive delivery to mess up. I was very glad to receive same day. Wish I would received it at the correct address.

not everything is linked in yet - the Geeks are scheduled to come to my house on Monday & can finish the installation. it appears that ALL of the files have been transferred, but several of the 'links' aren't connected yet & are not connecting (for me).

I like the computer for the most part. But since day 1, whenever it goes to sleep, it loses its network connectivity when I wake it up. This happens on both Wifi and Ethernet connections. I tried changing power management options on the network adapter as per instructions from the internet, but no luck. I see this issue is not unique as I look online. I called the Geek Squad and they could not help. They offerred that I could take it into the store for additional support. There are diagnositc charges ($80) and then if the issue is software, additional software remediation charges (at least $40). Why I have to pay for service for a brand new computer is beyond me. I will be returning this. VERY disappointed. I will return the computer and shop elsewhere.

the unit works well, the downside is HP has made it so you can not upgrade it so what you have is all you will ever have until you buy new and when I buy new it won't be an HP

Cheap, but appears to be functional. I haven't set it up yet but my expectations are light. They were going to set up my external hard drive, but weren't equipped to do so.

Perfect for my niece that has to do distance learning and she didn't have a computer. Does exactly what she needs for school
