problematic pc. first it worked intermittently, found short in power cord. second the plug in for speaker in rear is dead had to plug in on front of pc. third could not get printer to work found that one of the usb ports in the rear was dead. Other than that it works fine. I spent so much time and money getting my software set up that I did not want to return it.

I know nothing about computers so I asked the sales person i needed storage in my new computer and he recommended this one. First of all I had my old computer for 10 years and informed him that I had a lot of old family pics I wanted to keep on my computer.. When I got it home not even 75% of my pics fit and when I called best buy they said I needed to buy more storage!!! shake my head! so now I have to ether buy more storage or get one of the outside storage things... PLEASE if you are like me, take someone with you that know a little about computers so you don't end up like me!!!

Like the computer. Transfer went well, except for email. Phone Geeksquad failed. After waiting for over an hour on the phone, was disconnected. Another hour, call was dropped. Another hour, was dropped again. Finally got a hold of someone a day latter. Was no help what so ever!!!! And to think i actually PAID for this abuse...... Will not recommend you to anyone, unless they they are a masochist!

It was a dud right out of the box. Slow network performance, glitches etc. Not worth trying to diagnose, just return it if within the first two weeks.

The mouse was't included in the box. The geek squad service warranty has not been activated. Been back to the store several times to follow up on warranty. Manager mentioned a glich in the system.

how in the world does BestBuy send you just a cable wire-no computer

Supper computer very happy with this purchase. Easy to set up, connected to our home Wi-Fi quickly with on problems. Quick response times working on Word and Excel files and viewing the enter net. The keyboard that came with the computer has many keys so they are smaller that we like so we replaced the keyboard with a different HP keyboard. All in all we like this HP computer very much.

Have purchased 5 HP ENVY 750's over a two year period 2 and 3 years ago. All of them appeared to function well initially. After the first year, three of them started having problems storing data correctly on the hard drive. Have run the administer level cmd with sfc /scannow to create an extensive CAB log file of errors. Tried upgrading the HDD to a WD Black 7200 and this alleviated errors to occur about 50% of what it was doing before. Problems? Does not boot to login screen, have to do a system restore to recover. PIN already in use (error message), have to unplug unit to clear it before bootup. Consistent lockups when having MS Outlook 2019 up all day long, have to restart to clear. I observed the CPU usage during a program running and it frequently hit 113% before failure. Memory?? 5 computers?? More likely to be a manufacturing issue with the mainboard, REV level or BIOS update issue.

Are you kidding. No speakers. You will have to purchase external speakers. Just spent 30 minutes with support trying to figure out why I couldn't get sound to be told there is no speakers.
