The desktop computer and accessories were a good buy. This replaces a desktop that was over 10 years old and is much faster and was easy to setup and begin using. There were few instructions in the box, but it was for the most part easy to do. The unit included a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse.

THe tower, so far (after one month of use) works as advertised. I do not use it for gaming so cannot attest to processing power adequacy in that regard. However, it loads quickly, wifi works very well, handles youtube type graphics well and generally is a solid machine for typical dsaily purposes

I love my HP Envy Desktop Computer. It works great, is fast downloading and uploading, has lots of options as to attaching various types of adapters and has a SD Flash Drive adapter as well. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great pc for regular daily tasks and multitasking as well! The i7 14700 processor is a workhorse and handles all of my software and programs for school like a breeze. I do recommend upgrading the ram to 32gb. The only con I have is the max ram is 32gb. Overall a fantastic desktop thus far.

This HP desktop computer works great! Price was good. It has a ssd hard drive, which makes the startups instant, and everything faster. I wont buy another computer unless it has a ssd drive.

I would give a 5 rating but I had to return on the first day as the keyboard that come with this tower would not fully work with the system. You could change volume, but it did not allow you to type. Geek squad looked at it, ran a few BIOS and other programs with the same result. Had to order me a new tower which came the same day. Had to then go through the entire process of setting up this new one only to now how the in box keyboard connect to the computer and it did now allow you to type everything except for the letter P! Unreal! Back to geek squad who had the same result. Best Buy gave me one of their essentials keyboards and it connected fine. This computer is fast and is loaded with pretty much everything I needed and so far I am happy with it

Computer is very fast with lots of storage. Solid state drive helps with speed! Computer takes up little space.

I have been looking at this computer for almost a year. Got it when it went on sale again and boy am i glad. Faster than i thought and works as well as i could expect.

Replaced an 8year old laptop with this computer and so far it has met all of my expectations. Fast, easy to use and it does exactly what we need for our business. My problems with my other computer was how slow that it was and it couldn't keep up with quickbooks and other office applications.

Love my new desktop PC. It's a far cry from my old dinosaur of a desktop. It's fast and is updated in all the right places. I've been looking at this particular replacement PC for a while now, Glad I pulled the trigger and bought it. Easy to set-up and install apps/programs.

Fast, sleek, and quiet. Had Will from Best Buy Geek Squad setup the computer. He is very knowledgeable and fast.

It's a bigger box than my previous HP desktop, but it's also faster and has a larger memory. The set-up on these new machines is lightning fast thanks to internet-based synching. I'm not a huge fan of the mouse, which is flat and has a somewhat sharp edge around it, but a minor flaw.

This computer is compact and fits neatly at my desk. With complete SSD, it is fast. One tbyte means lots of space to store. It is everything I was looking for in a computer. I am very well pleased.

Excellent performance for standard desktop PC usage. Runs quietly, quickly, and has yet to show any flaws in daily usage for over six months so far.

Very good. Fast, but could be a little faster. I need more than 8 USB ports. I needed to add a DVD drive. Not crazy about Microsoft 365.; can no longer use my email carrier with the new Outlook in 365.

Got a great deal on an open box desktop computer with the i7 with good memory and 1TB SSD, works great so far. Looking forward to using it to replacing an older used up computer.
