HP printer was absolutely what I needed. Easy set up and install without any issues. Will definitely buy again!

Just got the printer today and overall it does a good job at printing so far. However, the setup process was a tad bit difficult on the app. I had to connect my printer to my mobile device through the app which was slow and took about 10 minutes. Once I connected my mobile device with the printer I had to do the alignment process. So I put in the ink cartridges and a piece of paper and it went smooth. Then, I tried to print a reading for school which took a while because at first It had trouble "contacting the printer" when it was just connected to it a second ago. Then I tried printing something else but it kept saying to "load paper" on the app, which it was loaded. I took out the papers and made sure nothing was blocking the paper tray. Finally after 5 minutes of taking the same papers in and out the paper tray, it worked. Also it keeps telling me to do the alignment which I already did at the very beginning. Although these are small issues, it definitely makes printing something much more difficult than needed to be. I really am trying to like this printer because the printer itself looks very nice and the actual end result of it printing is nice as well but if these issues continue then I'll most likely be returning. (I have included images of the issues I was having and the printing end result)

Excellent printer for a computer or multiple (6) computers in my home. It was easy to set up and to connect to. We've printed a large quantity of copies and the ink is still brilliant. The print quality is surprisingly great! The printing is fairly quiet. It stays on and it auto-connects to the internet after a power outage.

Setup went quickly without any significant hurdles. Prints as expected for home printer and does exactly what I need it to do. So far happy with purchase. Sales person at Best Buy was great help in making selection.

Best printer ever! It's fast, good quality and has great print quality. I tested the photo print & was very pleased with the photo quality too. I love the wireless feature allowing me to print from my laptop or my phone. This is so handy & saves so much time too! Highly recommend this printer!

I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER TO REPLACE MY OLD HP AND BOY WAS I SURPRISED. IT WORKED PERFECTLY OUT OF THE BOX. EASY TO SET UP AND WIRELESS TO BOOT. PICTURES COME OUT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL DID THEM AND OF COURSE THE PRINT QUALITY IS PERFECT

I really appreciate all the features & capabilities of my HP Envoy printer. My paper documents look very professional, and envelopes are easy to address. Printing from my computer & iPhone is so convenient. The printer sits very conveniently on my office stand.

Easy to follow set up. It works perfectly. I am not a tech savvy person and this was the first printer i have set up using wireless technology. And it went very smooth. I can now print from all my devices with the HP app! I am very satisfied so far!

I love this printer, I have had many printers in my lifetime and this is one of the good ones. Having the scanner is also a plus with this printer.

The printer installation and HP SMART was as easy to use as the vendor claimed. True ease of use. The printing is relatively fast and quiet. I do feel that the free 3 months of ink should have a better explanation of who to receive the ink.

This printer was very easy to setup and perfect for our small office.

Really great printer! Phots look really good. Unfortunately ink cartridges go really fast and are more expensive than advertised. Will continue using it as our family printer, but would not recommend for lots of pictures or a small office.

This printer is efficient and produces clear clean copies. It is so easy to connect to internet and computer. My favorite attribute is it is very quiet. My last HP printer lasted over 10 yrs! I’m sure this one will also. Best Buy staff are also so friendly and helpful.

No compaints. Quality printing, affordable. I dont like the monthly membership but it actually works out well. Better this way than constantly running out of ink. It’s the app necessity that i don’t like.
