    The HP had a hardware problem with the touch screen. After several hours of trying to solve problem by using HP suggestions. Had to call with HP techs who after 35 minutes said it was a hardware problem and return it for exchange. BestBuy was gracious and exchanged the laptop via pickup several days later.
