Computer is working great to be able to photo work and school work on.

This is used everyday for school. It is not the lightest computer but for the money it is worth it.

It's exactly what I needed and wanted for both my business and personal necessities.

Great computer. Bought for my son to take to college to be able to use in his dorm.

Can't beat the speed of the ssd drive over the old hard drive. Love the 360 feature.

Had tomreturn this for another laptop due to issues. I went through two hp laptops before finally settling on a Dell. This one had a USB c port issue. It stopped working after only a couple days of use. Tried every troubleshooting I could rhing of and had to exchange the laptop at the end.

never was a fan of AMD processors. so far its okay but cant say until its been sitting and running in full performance for a month. thus far functionality is okay but it lags when i have three to four programs open. does not process video surveillance softare very well....my 12 year old core i7 processes better.

Ive almost had this for a year and have regretted it ever since. I wish I had bought the warranty, so I could exchange it for a different computer. The computer overheats every single day. I literally have tried every update available and there is nothing to fix this issue. The battery is a joke as well. I can maybe get 3 hours if im lucky. You have to be next to a charging outlet at all times. Im so upset with this purchase and I wish I wouldnt have settled on a computer. The past week the keyboard has not been working well. The keys get stuck. I only use this to check my email and craft. So maybe I use it like 10x a month. Should of spent more money and got the surface pro. I hear thats a good computer

Purchased for my son's first year of University. It has performed impeccably with no issues or concerns.

I had a few glitches getting used to it, but now it does everything I need it to do.

This is a light, quiet and powerful laptop. So far I like it. Get it on sale if you can.

Very slick and lightweight laptop. Compared to my Dell i5 8G SSD laptop, this HP is too slow, especially during multi-tasking process. Also the battery lasts about 3.5 hours, compared to my Dell that lasts pretty much all day. Otherwise, it’s a good starter laptop.

AMD Ryzen has come a long way and can provide comparable performance at a much lower price.

It works nice n would reckomend to anyone.n I'm 74 yr old one experienced. 1month with it.
