Disappointed

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are NOT using any type of group chat / telecommunications software like MS Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, or the like; then this computer is an excellent option. Unfortunately, if you are using telecommunications software for work or education purposes, this computer is a one star at best. About 20-30 mins into the group meeting you are in, the computer completely locks up and starts making a loud humming. The only way to be able to use the computer again and get the humming to stop is to do a hard shutdown because none of the keys or touch screen will work when it happens. I would not recommend this computer unless you are doing basic computing.

Do not buy

However afterwards the touchscreen stopped working and then the pc would make a loud buzzing sound and then shut off. Sound occasionally stopped working as well. I had to send it to hp thinking it would take 5 days to repair since thats what the tech said, but due to covid it would have taken about a month. After countless calls to hp I am finally getting a refund. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE STRESSED OUT
