Great laptop! Haven't had my own computer since I retired! I was a little leery about setting this up, but it was easy if I could do it. I like the light weight, and big screen. The touch screen is great. My husband would get very upset because I would try to use the touch screen on his 5yro laptop, and it didn't like switching back and forth. This one is great. anytime you want to switch, no problem. I was then blamed for everything that went wrong with hubbys' computer after using it!

I bought this laptop for school work and let me tell you, it's perfect. Its fast, I love the touch screen. Overall it's a great laptop for school work and browsing.

I bought this along with the geek squad protection. About a month in, the computer alerted me that it needed some sort of repair but the repair was covered by the manufacturers warranty. I haven't had a problem since, however, being without it for like a week for the repair sucked. I love being able to flip the screen and use it as a tablet. I read books on it, watch Youtube and have yet to do anything intelligent with it but I'm sure I could. Cortana isn't worth my time as I have Siri and Alexa but I'm sure she functions on the same level.

Needed a second Laptop and this one hasn't disappointed. Lightweight and updating was quick and easy. Convertible between standard laptop and tablet. Touchscreen is very sensitive. Trackpad very responsive.

Solid laptop with all of the features you would expect. My last (Dell) laptop suffered a hinge malfunction only a month or so after I bought it which ultimately caused the screen to separate. This HP model looks and feels more stable so hopefully it will stand up to the pretty hard use I put laptops through. I would have been interested in a 17" version but none were available and this 15.6" model still provides adequate screen size and is definitely easier for me to work on that the ubiquitous 14" inch models. My personal pet peeve is that it doesn't have more standard UBS ports but that is not unique to HP or this model. All things considered, its a nice looking, sturdy, functional laptop at a reasonable price.

The HP Envy x360 is such a wonderful computer. It is modern, easy to use, and lightweight. I visited the Richfield, MN store around Christmas and needed help in choosing the best computer for my needs. Sales Consultant Isaiah Z. was very informative and courteous as he answered my MANY questions with patience! I really enjoy the touch-screen feature and the keyboard backlight. The screen quality is amazing!

This laptop is so awesome. It runs very fast and the touch is great as well. Love that it can turn into a tablet as well.

Love it but sometimes it's a little slow for me but then isn't most. Very good for the money. I forget iI do love it has touch screen because I'm not used to it but I have used it on several occasions. My biggest problem is the sound when I use my language program it doesn't seem to work as it should even when I use my headset. The cord sometimes gets very hot to touch and even the back of the computer but I think that is if I'm playing games as fas as I can tell

Bought this to replace 5 year old Dell Inspiron that had way too slow response time - Key was touch screen and latest I5 CPU. Very pleased with computer so far: excellent response time and great screen graphics. Only issue is I wish the key letters/numbers were blackened in - tough to see in daylight, but backlight at night works great. Solid battery life when using away from power cord. Touch screen a great tool if you have young grandkids that like to play their u tube videos!

The computer does everything I need it to and it is very fast. I am learning how to "virtual teach" and I usually have MANY tabs open. This computer is handles multiple programs and all my tabs better than I could have asked for. It is my third computer, it is a keeper. The other previous computers didn't operate properly. They were the same model, but I was trying to save money on refurbished or open box. That is o.k., it is worth the extra money!

This computer is extremely easy to set up and start using. The large 15.6 screen has vibrant color. Microsoft office was easy to set up and start using on this computer. Keyboard lights up making it easy to use at night. Love the two in one feature which makes it easy to watch live streaming shows.

Excellent laptop. It’s is quiet, lightweight and very fast. Great computer for school.

I am very impressed with this laptop, it has exceeded my expectations for performance, speed, design and hardware features. My favorite feature is the fingerprint scanner. I have two accounts set up and the scanner allowed me to assign a different fingerprint for each account. What that means is when my system boots up depending on the account (personal or work) I just put that finger on the scanner and the corresponding account loads. No need to select from the list. Just touch and it opens. My second favorite feature is I can use my Surface Pro 4 pen with this laptop which is very handy when traveling or using my laptop in a small area - not having to make room for a mouse and mouse pad. My third favorite feature is that I can use it as a tablet or laptop. Just fold the keyboard back and it's a large tablet! The processing speed is also noteworthy. This is the fastest device I have ever owned. I've had many applications open at once and no slowing at all. Speaker sound is as expected for any laptop, though this one does have a more "crisp" effect. I have enjoyed streaming Netflix on it, the larger screen and speakers are such an upgrade from my Surface Pro 4. I was able to get this at a discounted price due to the box having been opened, but the laptop appeared to be brand new, all the labels and such still in place. But it is worth paying full retail IMO. I went ahead a purchased a 2 year extended warranty from HP because they have a full refund policy if I do not file a claim during that time, they will refund me the full $$. Highly recommend this laptop, you won't be disappointed.

This was purchased for my mother who is not computer literate at all. This was to replace an antiquated desktop computer and older laptop that were burdened with old programs not suited for her current needs. This HP Envy is simple to setup and even has Cortana assistant program to help “talk” you through things if you need help. I’m also impressed with the touch screen capabilities as that is helpful for my mother. So far, so good!

It's still learning curve for me but it's a wonderful pc laptop. Processing speed is extremely fast compared to what I was using for the past 8 years. Sound volume is excellent, and navigating from one program to the other is smooth and most effective. Microsoft 10 has been a challenge but each day I'm able to learn more. Highly recommend this product.

Great computer to own! Use it basically for streaming and picture and audio quality is great. Love the touchscreen, very handy to use when needed. It’s a pretty light computer and very thin. I use it more as a laptop than a tablet but I’ve only had it a few months. Have not had any issues so far. I’ve owned other HP computers and this is a step up for sure. Oh the battery life is great too! Can be on it all day on a charge and when I do have to charge it up it doesn’t take too long to get a good charge.

Lightweight, so easy to use with the touchscreen. I really enjoy using this computer.

Great 2 in 1 for the price! Fast start up and versatility makes it a great unit.
