    Bad computer and customer support

    This model is terrible!! Too many issues to write in this little box. Was sent a replacement after they couldn't fix the first one and it is just as bad. They have now had that one back for over two weeks. Their so called customer service is the worst I have seen. Do NOT buy HP!

    Bad wifi card, and usb port

    Had it a day and it wouldnt stay connected to wifi. It would kick me off wifi and not give me any option of reconnecting. Did all the updates but it still wouldnt stay connected. One of the usb ports didnt work at all.

    I spend allot of money at best buy. My last two phurchases was not recorded . They keep on sending me a review of my second phurchase I made. I dont complaint easily but my last two visit in store i must say the service was not great. I had to spend 30 min looking for a product and someone to help .

    1100 bucks with a weak cpu and 512 ssd. At that price it should be at least 1tb and 17.3 screen
