I ordered this device online with the help of a phone call in order to take advantage of the sale timing. I was able to pick it up at my local store at my convenience. The Geek Squad transferred my files and helped me set it up to work with my older printer. After less than three weeks of ownership, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service from Best Buy.
