    Purchased laptop for my college freshman based on the requirements of the school. Consistent issues with connectivity and losing the Wi-Fi symbol on the actual laptop. No can trll us why and it’s causing issues with assignments and exams! It has been fixed more than once and the same problem continues.

    Worked for just over 1 year. Speaker went out. File explorer started spinning and locking up computer. I don't do por*n, click unknown links, or anything that would invite viruses. Geek Squad couldn't fix it. Factory reset didn't either. TOAST!
