Not a good option, this Laptops's processing fan making lot of sound and its not been a year. I expect Best buy to take it more seriously when it comes to support for such products. Worst experience!!

Serious Touchpad Issues

Bought this laptop for my wife about a month ago. Nice machine with one HUGE issue. The touchpad is so bad, it often renders this computer totally useless. From random, rapid back and forth movement over something you want to click on to having to move your finger 4 or 5 times before the cursor responds at all, the issues have effectively made this laptop a desktop because it’s impossible to use without a mouse attached. I’ve tried every fix I could find — updating driver, adjusting touchpad settings, uninstalling device and letting it reinstall, etc.. nothing makes it any better.
