In my opinion it’s Meh because there aren’t speakers on the top of the computer they’re on the bottom and they muffle the sound. I’m not impressed by this computer and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

Overall the laptop specs sound good but in my experience this laptop is bad because it keep freezing on me and im just watching YouTube but i could've got a defective laptop. Also a other bad thing about this laptop is that the home key is near the deleted key which annoying when you accidentally hit it

The laptop gets hot and the display, after several hours of use, begins to fade in and out. The are not enough ports so I have to buy an external device. For the price I am disappointed.

not bad but expensive. The monitor acts funny when I play simple videos, youtube, tik tok, sports, you name it. Ask me in a few months if the thing just shuts down. Worries me

Faulty Keyboard and No help from Best Buy

Item came with both shift keys not working. Incredibly painful to use due to this, and best buy will not help with repairs/returns. They say the only option will take upwards of two weeks, as if the computer is not necessary for work on a daily basis. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT IT IS FAULTY. if you are to purchase this computer, make sure it does not come from best buy, they will not help you if there are any issues with the software/hardware.

This laptop has speakers underneath the laptop so this is making it real hard to hear anything unless you are on a flat surface. I was told that the grills on top serves as air vents.

Heavy; poor graphics. I barely used it and got the blue screen of death. Spent an entire day trying to boot to no avail. Returned it and got a Samsung which is great so far.
