It’s easy to manage and I really like the touchscreen. My daughter suggested I buy it but I thought it was too expensive , but it’s is worth it , so we bought two .

I love the computer except the charger input is tooo delicate already broke on me once

Great for college in the accounting/ business field. Adequate storage, screen is a good size and light weight to carry.

I have owned several HP products over the years, and have been impressed with the quality and the customer service of HP. I will continue to buy and use HP for those reasons.

This is my second Envy. The laptop is great with two exceptions, the new one doesn't have the number keys on the right bottom and the location of the off switch is in a bad position. The off switch is right next to the delete key on the upper right side of the table.

Best laptop Ive ever owned! Use it everyday in college!

I had a HP Envy laptop that had lasted for over 10 years with a limited amount of issues until the last part of the year. I wanted to get the same type of computer due to the reliability and I am extremely happy with my purchase

This light weight computer has all the power I need to run my Adobe apps and create websites with 40 to 50 images and store those pics on googke drive.

Was easy to transfer from the older machine. It didn't have a numerical keypad, but it was easily corrected with a Bluetooth numeric pad.

So far So good... boot up speed is pretti good.. dint find any issues with face recognition login. Applocatioms are running smoothly and there was no lag in the processing. Battery lofe is fine for my day to day activities.

Laptop is good and it’s working perfectly fine. The battery life is way more reliable and better than I expected . Thanks for best buy for such an amazing deal

More of a desktop person but I needed a laptop for school. It was an easy set up process right out of the box. Love the speed and the display.

Best laptop ever. I replaced this one with my HP Chromebook and I couldn't be happier. Lightweight, durable, and fast. I love the face recognition. It recognizes me with and without my glasses.

Great computer. Does everything I need to run a business. The keys are spaced perfectly for typing documents. It has plenty of RAM and speed.

Very intuitive and easy to use with the touch screen, love that the keys light up for greater visibility at night and very sleek and light.

Windows 11 is a bit different than 10 but once walked through is pretty good. Geek Squad set it up with all my old data, photos, etc. Only complaint was it took a week, but turned out great even though my old hard drive didn't cooperate.

battery life is very bad, the battery drains like it’s never been charged before while doing nothing more than opening a chrome tab

Nice laptop i was always a dell user skeptical about HP. But now that i purchased the my HP laptop i have changed my opinion on how nice they are . Great purchased

Great laptop. Great price. Easy to set up and maneuver around. I like the size and the fact that it can be a laptop or tablet.
