My daughter needed a laptop for college and I found this refurbished HP for a good price. She loves her new laptop. It has a 15.6 in screen. very clear and decent resolution. A good size 750 GB hard drive, DVD player and webcam. It has all the features she needs and we installed MS Office on it. It's pretty fast, loads web pages fairly quickly. It's thin, but feels rather heavy. Battery life isn't so good, maybe about 2 or 3 hours. Overall satisfied for the price of $249.

I love everything about this HP computer. The keyboard is a nice size and the nice big screen is perfect for me since my eyesight is not as sharp as it use to be. This PC allow me to do numerous functions at one time.

We bought three as low-end burner laptops to do some e-mail, word-processing, and web-browsing to supplement desktops. Really starts to bog down with more than two applications running simultaneously (Office and Outlook = okay; Office and Chrome = okay; Office and Outlook and Chrome = not okay). A heavy Dropbox sync by itself really slows them down. Also, of the three we bought, the hard drive died on one of them in the first week.

The laptop was received on time, and it is as described. Had to restore it a couple times after automatic updates (windows updates) but besides that it works perfectly.

The first one i bought within 2 days the hard drive crashed, best buy replaced it with another one and the new one has been working great. My wife loves her lap top

I was mainly wanting a computer to get on the internet , store pics and utilize the office pkg. Works great for that. Wish the battery lasted a little longer.

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter to replace a 4 year old HP 17". She absolutely loves it. Other than school work, her primary use is playing Sims 4. I was a bit concerned about the graphics capability of the laptop for that game, but it works like a champ

I needed a new laptop that could keep up with my demands from work. I wanted it fast, light and reliable...that is exactly what I got!! And the assurance of the Geek Squad made it a no brainier.

I got this specifically for when I travel as I didn't want to take my laptop that has my "whole world" on it. Works great and has all the stuff that I need.

Easy to operate. Like having the numerical keypad on the right side. Weird getting used to Window 10, but like it now that I'm acclimated to it.

I ordered the laptop after reviewing refurbished laptops. After reviewing and reading about them I felt it was safe to get one. Well....to begin with Best Buy did not put the street address in for delivery therefore UPS was holding it unbeknownst to me or my son. They said they called my son, but this would have been impossible because they did not have his number. That took about a week to get straight. Then when he got the computer it did NOT work. UGH!!!! He had to go to Best Buy and exchange it. Best Buy Geek Squad could not get it to work either :(!!!!

so far everything working great no problems would have no problem with future purchase

Had to return this. It would not even turn on. Not a good purchase.

Laptop works perfectly. No issues at all. When buying refurbished items, I trust Best Buy judgement and I've never been deceived. When it comes to electronics, Best Buy is my #1 choice

Bought it refurbished and we haven't had any problems at ...I do recommend this computer.. Thanks..great price as well

Don't buy if your in highschool. bad combo for a highschooler.
