Fast processing and easy to use. Touch screen works well. Only con is that it is a little heavy but it does have 1T hard drive.

I am embarking on my writing career and this laptop is my first investment. It's perfect for my needs and I have no complaints. Moreover, it's easy to use and puts the media world at your fingertips.

I bought this refurbished laptop for about $150 less than I paid for a similar HP laptop with an i5 processor somewhere else. I took that one back for performance lags and problems downloading new programs (it doesn't get any easier than Google Chrome, come on!). This laptop is light, responsive, does everything I ask it to. I haven't edited any videos on it yet, and I'm not a gamer, but this laptop is not really built for that kind of thing. Battery life is ok, I like the smudge free finish. Windows 10 feels very much like Windows 7- thank goodness.

Worked right out of the box. Easy to get setup and worked flawlessly once all my software was installed. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this laptop to my friends and family

As soon as I turned it on, I had issues. During the language and location setup, I got my first blue screen of death. Had several more during setup. After finally getting through setup, throughout the day the computer would have fatal errors and randomly restart. Tried watching a youtube video and it completely froze up. Never trying refurbished again.

Great upgrade from our ancient Inspirion. Windows 10 is a win! Like having the ten key pad, a must for serious users! Mouse pad and buttons a bit awkward, but not a deal breaker.

Purchased laptop from best buy in 2005 it was a h.p. Still working today, of course outdated, but have had very good sucess with buying h.p. From best buy very rare to not have at least 1 problem. I love the touch screen on my new purchase and the windows 10 with 1 terabyte, can't wait to find all the extra's that i javen't got a chance to find yet. I hope i have as much sucess with this computer as i had with the 2005 only difference was the 2005 was a new laptop and the recent purchase is a refurb.

Excellent but touch screen is too sensitive otherwise great laptop but there should have been a warranty when buying this laptop

I am very happy with this laptop. It has most of the things I need to do basic internet surfing. The only thing I would like improved on this product is its wireless reach. But overall, this is a nice, reasonably priced laptop for everyday use.

Very pleased with this laptop. Fits all of my needs and desires. Will purchase another one and tell others of this same type.

yea it worked prettty good at first but i ve only had it a month and my hard drive crashed yea sure its geek squad certified but the hassle that comes with sending in my laptop well real stinking annoying it should of lasted longer than a month but i guess im lucky cause whos to say my next hard drive or something else wont b bad and after my warranty the laptop though is excellent geek squads work not so great. ty

touch pad would not work properly and one time my working headphones would not work on the computer. I suspect that their was a defect.

I was looking for a cheap computer just for regular day to day functions. Seems great, love it.

It sync snotes and enough space to help clean up tablet on big screen and it's touch screen a plus. I had hp touch screen notebook with pen years ago. And this have made me come back to hp. Was looking at Dell but glad I chose hp.

Wasn't planning on getting a laptop with a touchscreen, but have been pleasantly surprised with its operation.
