    This computer would have been great with Windows 7 on it, otherwise there is no mechanical issue, and is a completely reasonable unit for the price.

    Delivered timely, easy to set up, although not familiar with Windows 8. I think it needs more memory than 4 gb, so I will increase it to 8gb.

    I purchased a Best Buy Geek Sqaud refurbished unit for my mom who only skypes and emails, but had to return it because the webcam was out of focus and could not be calibrated.

    For ppl reading this this is officially my second computer. I had a 10 year old Toshiba so this was definitely a step up from what i had. Much more careful on my electronics than i use to be so i shopped thoroughly and couldn't refuse getting this one. Meets my needs for specs, usbs, hdmi, display and speed. 8.1 definitely takes some getting use to but i have gotten use to it. The good thing about the 8.1 windows is like downloading apps like i would on my phone which i find a bit safer. I have a camcorder that i use to download HD videos and the speed on this helps and that it can read my files since the toshiba from before couldnt.
