This program is a total joke - I purchased my printer in Aug 2017 & signed up for the Best Buy Easy Replenish program instead of the HP Instant Ink. Don't waste your time as it is totally worthless. I have yet to receive any ink replacement. I was told my ink usage would be monitored by HP, that I would receive replacement ink automatically when I was getting low. According to the web site when I signed up I was to receive e-mail notification when ink was sent & my credit card would be charged at a 10% discount from the price in the store. Even though I supplied all the needed information at the time of purchase in the store & verified that it was all correct after setting up my new printer I have run out of ink multiple time! I called Best Buy & after a LONG wait on hold finally was connected with a Geek Squad tech ?somewhere as the store was apparently not answering their calls (I had called the store where I purchased my printer direct). He worked with me to access the website & even though ALL the required information was there we added it again as there was this message in red stating I needed to add an mailing address & credit card info. Well that helped - NOT!!!!! I have totally given up & buy my ink at Sam's Club as I did in the past at a cheaper price too! My only problem is I can't find any way to cancel the program so that several years from now I'll suddenly start getting ink sent to me. I am totally frustrated by the whole thing!

very very cheap home printing. printing outside of 2 colored pages is 1 dollar while in hp instant ink, 25 pages equals to a dollar also.
