I was wary of this program but it is well worth it. It is so nice to have the replacement cartridge delivered and on hand when we run out.

Very good for maintaining status of printer and amount of ink in system. Good communication.

Working from home and back in school, there's not much that's more frustrating than running out of ink when you live 30 miles from the nearest store that carries your ink. NO PROBLEM ANY LONGER. My printer automatically reorders my ink and it's here before I need it with free shipping and at a discounted price due to the program. I LOVE IT. I would be wonderful if one-tenth of the things in my life were as dependable as this program. THANK YOU!!!!!

This was great while you had the promotion. Very disappointed that it stopped as it was convenient and you never ran out of ink.

Really enjoy this service! I don’t have to worry about tracking the ink levels and am never “surprised” with being out of ink. Multiple levels of service available for all levels of usage. Easy return of the old cartridges appeals to the “recycle it rather than throw it out” model. Simple sign up and simple tracking of the service via the hp website.

I rarely print much so this is ideal for someone like myself. I can do the free plan for most of the year and up it to a higher limit for the months where I may be doing many pages like annual mailings to groups or something like that. But since I rarely print more than a dozen things in a month the free plan is like free ink.

This is the first time I have enrolled in an ink replenishment plan and haven't been a member for very long. My replacement ink came as my cartridge was running out of ink, and wish it had arrived earlier than it did BUT, the current shipping situation isn't the best either. I'll have a better idea on my next replacement. I do enjoy the savings of being a member.

This makes running out of ink a difficult task, lol. Great way to always have ink. Talk about, "increasing productivity"......

I paid for this service and my ink is very low now. I thought I would have a new cartilage by now. Several of my neighbors are sign up for the easy replenish and swears by it. With all that is going on in our world today, I will be patient and talk with a customer service rep about replacing my cartilage. Looks like I may have to purchase the first cartilage and hopefully everything will kick-in for the next refill.

I love this service plan. When my ink cartridges run low, my printer notifies Best Buy and a new one is automatically ordered and delivered to me. The cartridges are also sold to me at a discount. I would recommend this service to anyone who buys a printer from Best Buy. It’s so easy and convenient, and it saves you money!

Haven’t been able to register on their website to get setup for the instant ink, therefore used HP instant ink service that was free for 3 months.

Well it was time to replenish my cyan cartridge but they were out of stock. The message said that I could go to a store to see if they had any in stock. Kind of defeats the purpose of having Easy Replenish. I would have given it less stars but this was the first time this was needed. So we will go with 3 stars for now and we’ll see if the stars go up or down based on time.

Program is nice but I now have two extra ink cartridges. I am thinking about canceling service.

We like the notifications regarding the need to replenish ink supplies. Makes it quick and easy to keep ink at the ready.

So far have only had my printer order one black ink cartridge, it showed up just in time to change it, however it did not recognize that the tri-color cartridge also needed to be replaced, so I am having to order that one separately. Hoping to work this out so that both are reordered when necessary. So far, so good.

What a blessing, I don't even have to think about the ink. Before I even run out, and I get ink delivered, without me even having to order. Only con: if I don't pay attention to my usage, it can get to be a bit more a month then I would normally pay for ink, because I don't feel the pin h of running out.
