When I bought the printer, I was told that it would be better to enroll in the Easy replenish program, which I did. I think I may bot have filled up all the details, as when the ink was drying out, it didnt order the ink by itself. I had to go out and purchase it myself. Still I would recommend this to someone who has large printing needs.

This is a great program to keep you from running out of ink

Was excited to sign up for this program while purchasing my new HP3637 printer. Only after installing my printer and following instructions for Best Buy’s printer ink program, I became aware of the need to connect to a computer. Well, my computer runs on Windows XP which is not compatible with Best Buy’s program. Very, very disappointed.

This is the easiest thing I have ever done. Complete the application and the ink comes to you. Yes, it is that easy. Your online printer tells Best Buy when you need ink and it comes on the mail. Believe me it’s true. One less thing to worry about!

This was not as advertised I thought I was signing up for a page subscription I went over everything with sales representative and three months later see random charges on my cc. Best Buy sent full ink cartridge for full price. The printer I purchased was supposed to come with 12 months free ink. Had to call around and spend roughly an hour trying to get things set up properly and now I have to return the ink sent. Just make sure u know what they are signing you up for. However ink did come before printer ran out.

I love this service! The HP program talks to my printer and orders ink before I actually run out. No going to the store and trying to remember what cartridge to buy, no running out in the middle of a project, no working if I've printed to many pictures this month. I highly recommend this!

When I purchased the printer I was offered this service. After you sign up, when the printer is connected to the web, if your ink is low, you receive an email reminding you. You can give credit card info and they send the ink to your house (10% off and free shipping)

I purchased this printer so I can print documents from my work, now that I'm working from home. It's a little bit slower than a professional printer, but it does the job with an exceptional quality. Great product for the price.

Enrolling into this program has been the best thing I did. I have saved on ink and don’t ever have to worry about running out of ink. I am happy that one of the reps introduced this to me .

The one great thing about this plan is that I can cancel at anytime. I'm still using the original cartridges that came with the printer. About 2 weeks ago, I received my first installment of cartridges. Nice touch. The box the new cartridges came in are used to send back the old!

Printers are cheap, a one time investment. Ink is expensive, a multiyear investment. This ink arrangement should be cost saving over a short time. My understanding is that you can cancel, or upgrade, at any time. Over time, it should be a good deal.

We plan to get another printer for use here in Virginia. We applied for instant ink and arriving home from Florida Yesterday we didn't find any Ink. We had received a message in Florida via the internet that the ink had been delivered to our doorstep. NO INK HERE.

I love that ink is automatically ordered and delivered to my door. Its extremely convenient and I love that I dont have to deal with the hassle of going to the store and finding the right ink cartridge for my printer!
