It is easy to set up. Colors are vibrant and rich.

The initial setup was an absolute nightmare which included over 3 hours on the phone with HP. After the initial setup was finally completed additional updates have been a breeze. The print quality is excellent. We love the eprint capabilities. Even with the nightmarish setup I would absolutely buy this printer and recommend to anyone interested in a low cost high efficiency laser printer.

small color printer does great job and takes up little space

My wife and I had been looking for a laser printer for some time now and wasn't disappointed after purchasing. The best part of the buying experience was having a HP rep listen to what we were looking for and finding the product that fit our needs. Crisp, clear, and great printing quality!

The quality of this laser printer is superior. The unit is very reliable and the cost of the toner is reasonable. A much better value then most of the ink jet printers out there.

Love it! So much better than those other color printers that use the ink cartridges. The color using this laser printer is awesome!!

Installation was pretty quick (although the HP software takes forever to install, but that is true on all HPs). I actually had it up and available on my Android before I did on my PC. Quality so far is good.

Bought this printer as a spare for when others are down or are needing to be replaced. It's a great printer for the price. Don't recommend for heavy use, but currently I"m using it for legal sized labels and it's handling the load very well.

Quality is good, and installation was relatively easy.

I have always used H.P. printers. Though the print quality on most InkJets is now on par with most lasers I "personally" like the lack of dry-time on heavily colored prints. This model has evolved a bit but it's a GREAT entry level laser for anyone. Though its comparatively heavy once in place you can be printing in less than 5min. I have printed well over 500 pages without one jam. Though specific to an individual's preferences I believe that it's worth the cost of the toner (which is expensive) and Based on my experience I can recommend this printer without reservation.

Setup was easy, works great for wireless printing.

Wanted a good printer for my accountants desk in his upstairs office (for a second and back up printer in the office). Didn't want to spend too much but wanted some quality. Guys from Best Buy were great. Great printer for the price. Going back to get the same one for my house!

I got this printer on a sale and it was a great price. I highly recommend the printer (fast, clear and quality prints) except for one thing... the replacement toner is going to cost me more than twice the cost of the printer. Unfortunately, I need to print in color and inkjets are just not going to cut it for my usage. So either I pay an arm for ink cartridge or both an arm and a leg for the toner replacement. Either way I have to pay. There doesn't seem to much in the way of generic (cheaper) toner replacements at the current time, but that may change. Here's a crazy idea - just buy a new printer each time the toner runs out. Yes, it's a crazy world and absolutely absurd that the economics of that idea may be a viable one. So based on the price of replacement toner alone, this goes from a 5-star product to a 3-star product.

A couple of years back, I bought a LaserJet CP1525nw for my Arizona house. It's a good, if slow, performer. Inconveniently, there's no display, so errors have to be diagnosed through an administration app. Also, the wireless function has to be set up through a computer very close to the printer. This unit is a) much faster and b) a snap to set up. It finds available networks for you, and all you have to do is supply the password. The color quality is excellent. The only downside is the cost of HP toner cartridges. You can use cheaper toner, but I've read that the printer complains about the ersatz ink. Still, for light duty printing, I have no complaints.

I do not do a ton of printing, but want things to WORK and want good quality. HP printers have never let me down, unlike some Epson, Canon and Lexmark examples I have owned. With this one, I've finally graduated from inkjets, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Crisp, sharp colors. Very nice quality. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars is because the printer seems to go "invisible" on my home network occasionally, forcing me to restart. Has only happened a few times, but I've only had the printer about a month. Something to watch, but not a big deal yet!

Great little printer for the price. Easy to install, very quick first page printing. Due to the size of the paper tray, this would not fair well in an office environment, but it's just fine for a home office.

This is a nice printer. The images are sharp, it's fast and the physical footprint is small. I'm using it for a home office printer. Wi-Fi is a nice feature so I don't need a host computer to be on in order to print from other computers. My first one, though, had to be returned. It had a corrupt firmware problem. Best Buy was great about the return and the new one is working perfectly. I decided to spend about $30 for an extended warranty for peace of mind.

Easy to install using wifi. Prints from anywhere in my home or office, even from my phone or tablet. The set-up process was easy, no hassles. The print quality and speed are very good. The price at Best Buy was the lowest in the neighborhood!

We needed to test multiple printers for a new product being offered by our company, and the HP printers have easiest setup and best comparability with the other non-windows software that we are using.
