I did some research on black and white laser printers. The articles said that laser jets were cheaper to print than inkjet printers due to ink cost per print. However, I couldn't find a black & white model that I felt comfortable with and that had wireless connection. Reviews were spotty. So then I read a review on the new HP color laser printers. We wouldn't be using it for printing any photos, just attachments or graphics on printouts. Read other reviews and they were all positive. Got home and set it up where our old printer used to be. LCD screen was nice and large enough to do set up. Wireless connection was easy after figuring out how to establish the connection. Even though don't really need a manual these days would have been nice to have basic set up functions on a paper. Printer was setup and running in less than 15 minutes. Printouts have been very impressive, but haven't used the duplex printing yet so cannot comment on that feature.

this is my first color laser printer. As a realtor, I need quality printouts to hand to clients. The sales rep in the store recommended this printer as low purchase cost (on sales for $70 off) and low ongoing ink costs. The setup was very easy as a wireless printer. I can print to it from my iPhone and iPad. The color and quality are very sharp.

I am very please with this printer. Using it wireless and it so simple to set up. Color is beautiful. I have nothing bad to say..

If you want a basic color laser printer this one works great and was a fantastic price, the best I could find, even on Amazon.

This printer is amazing it works effortlessly it prints from my mobile phone with just the press of a button the cartridges are very expensive but the printer comes with four cartridges and they last a really really long time No more buying $60 print cartridges every month or so this printer will last a long time without the added expense it prints very fast and the color is amazing

It's way faster than my old inkjet printer, the only thing I didn't like in it doesn't have scanner and copier .

This printer won't blow you away, but it gets the job done. The quality and performance is as directed and the price was decent.

Good product for what I'm using it for and the price I paid. I haven't experienced some of the issues others have described. If you are waking it up it does take a bit for that first print which could be contributing to some of the reviewers jumping to restarting it to get it online. I'm using it for light duty and the wireless of having it in a spare room out of sight. Overall happy with the purchase and the products ability to preform the job it's intended to do.

easy set up. pricey ink refills - just get a new printer, cheaper than buying the ink refills. Does have nice print and colors.

I've gone through Epson's, Brothers, Canons, and other HP printers in the past. This is one of the best that I have every used. The value is wonderful on sale for 150 and the ink lasts a lot longer even if it does cost more you do not need to refill as often. With other printers I have had to buy ink monthly.

My wife needed a color printer for work as a school teacher. Her main requirement was duplexing for double sided pages and mine was it had to be a laser printer that used toner. In the end we chose this HP M252dw due to price, size, and local availability. It is an upgrade to a still functioning HP Laserjet P1102w black and white printer. The included toner cartridges lasted for almost 1,000 pages. The black lasted longer than the color cartridges. Duplexing is a tiny bit slow as the printer spits out the page and then rolls it back in to print the back side, but it works well if you're not in a hurry. The biggest draw back to this printer and most other color laser printers is the cost of the replacement toner. Over 1,000 pages in and not a single jam so far. My wife is happy, so I am happy.

We love our new wireless HP color printer. The color is great and it is nice be able to print from our Iphones and laptops.

This is a very nice printer that allowed me to finally get away from ink printers. I don't print very often and I found that my ink printers used much more more ink during the power on clean cycles than they did during the actual printing. This type of problem does not exist with laser printers. This HP LJ Pro printer is very fast, it is full duplex, and the text and graphics quality are both excellent. This printer is not a photo quality printer. Plain paper photos look pretty good, but they are a bit on the dark side. I would say that a plain paper photo from this laser printer looks better than a plain paper photo from an ink printer and the paper does not become saturated with ink. A thick photo paper print from a quality ink printer will look better than a plain paper photo printed from this laser printer. To summarize, a great printer for text and general graphics. This is not an appropriate printer for high quality photo printing.

Great universal printer for home or small office. Print quality very good with 2 side printing.

Got out of the box plugged in followed instructions. Now I can print from my iPad an iPhone. Priceless.

This was on sale for an excellent price and it's a small printer that does a great job.

Purchased this printer to print some birthday invites and fell in love. It's so quick and quiet. The toner's a little high in price, but I think it will last longer than the ink in my inkjet. Sometimes there's a little spillage of toner but it's not terrible.

Excellent printer! We upgraded from an Epson that stopped working after few times.
