Prints well. Network capable. Dont care much for the touchscreen fax buttons. Scans to network shares. Would be nice to add scan to FTP though

Scans quickly as we are now paperless. My complaint is I can not get it to take paper from tray 1 unless tray 2 is fully pulled out. Call to geek squad said that is the way this printer operates. My old HP always printed from tray 1 if it was open and paper was loaded and tray 2 was closed. Consider that a design mistake.

Good value for the money. Works well. My only complaint is that the advertising said it is wireless. True, once it is wired to your router. it is not truly fully wireless. IOW, it doesn't come with a WIFI card.

I like this printer , it’s very easy to set up, I love all HP printer, cause there’re very easy to set up. The speed is very fast too. I love the air print feature. I could print anythings from my computer or cellphone anywhere in the house. You don have to stay next to it to print .

Been happy with printer only issue is tray will not take a ream of paper I would get the X replacement ink last longer.

I got this mainly to have something to make copies. All normal copiers are so expensive, but this was in my price range. It is super fast! The only complaint I have is when I change the settings (like go from single sided to double) and think I have started copying, there is another step in the process that isn't quite intuitive. Other than that, it's great.

Connects to wifi only after connection thru hard wire to router. Great printer. Not as easy to set up as advertised, takes a little time to set up. But once set up it prints fast.

Bought this for a small office and it does everything we need it to do. Also very fast.

I bought this HP for a client. It’s small footprint works in their small office. Laser cartridge last a long time and quality is very good. I use a different model in this series in my busy tax office longevity of product is very good.

This unit is doing the job, we needed a scan, print solution for the acct. dept. The small foot print is perfect for a desktop station. I'm very happy with the print quality.
