It was easy to set up and worked great...for one day. On Day 2, the control panel on the printer began displaying an error code. None of the suggested HP fixes have corrected the issue. It's basically an expensive paperweight at this point. It will be going back to Best Buy after the holidays.

It worked for three days, then it stopped printing with a blue screen and error message. I contacted HO the techs were extremely nice. They couldn’t find anything on this printer. Two hours later they did what they could. Suggested I return this printer and purchase another one. Which is what I’m going to do.

I am a student. We had a top loading HP printer that was less than a year cause all kinds of problems-- couldn't connect, print, etc. In frustration, two WEEKS ago we bought a brand new HP Laser jet printer. The HP rep that happenef to be in the store said the top loading printers are NOT RELIABLE. In good faith, we took his advice and bought the laser jet. We used it twice and it has STOPPED WORKING!!! My husband was on the phone for 2 HOURS with HP tech support in India!! The printer will NOT PRINT!! I have a presentation tomorrow and had to go to Staples to print my materials!! So upset. All I need is a RELIABLE printer! HP has gone downhill. My first Master's degree, I had a nice HP printer that served me well. HP no longer produces reliable printers. We are returning this one!! So, so disappointed. If I could give it "0" stars, I definitely would. BEWARE.

Scanner doesnt take from the feeder, and its impossible to set up scan from email. Last printer i boutght incould click scan, type in email, and off it went. This ome you need to be am IT network administrator to set up.

Wouldn't work with less than 100 copies put through it. Nothing like earlier HP printers with flawless operation for years, nothing but a 500 dollar boat anchor.

Opened box and tried to install. Error "Printer failure - There is a problem with the printer or print system. Event Code 57.01.00." Never even got to print a page.

Unfortunately we had font issues with Intuit Cloud software. Unable to resolve. Scanning(using the feeder) frequently resulted crooked scans. It's going back.

Bought as a work-from-home printer when relocating. Gave me a blue screen of death within first few days of use. Can’t return as bought more than timeframe allowed with relocating. Do NOT buy
