    My last HP printer broke, so I upgraded to this one. I should have purchased this one to begin with! The feed tray and multiple page scanning has helped me immensely by saving a lot of time (instead of scanning page-by-page). Overall, it has worked great for my small business, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

    Replaced a Brother printer which broke after less than a year. Best Buy honored the warranty without any issues. Seamless. HP printer sturdy, easy setup including to app. Prints from iPhone.

    I have been using HP laser printers for 30+ years with complete satisfaction. With this printer I set it up printed for one day they recieve a blue error code DD000F58 which is a Firmware related error. I went on line to find a solution and only could fine some suggestion on the HP web site, and on YouTube found a factory reset code, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_OUC4VNdfvo , Followed the instructions however could not execute the factory reset. I returned the machine to Best Buy for another new machine and on the 2nd machine I had the same problem after printing 10 pages. HP has a problem within the firmware / Software on the particular machine. On the HP online group I notice that were 15 other disappointed owners with the same problem. This has to be a software issue on an otherwise good machine.

    I am quite computer literate. That said, I couldn't make it work with my Mac. It constantly told me I was out of paper Tray 1 (I wasn't). There may of been a faulty paper sensor. The software was mediocre. I returned it after one day. Kudos to Best Buy for making the return easy. I am buying a printer from another manufacturer. Other reviews seem to be better. That said caveat emptor.
