EXCELLENT USER FRIENDLY ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER

I am in the middle of a family emergency needing use of my scanner/printer all day when my old familiar scanner/printer died and chose this HP printer based upon other reviews. WIFI capability also a plus.

Initial set up was fairly easy

The initial set up was fairly easy, and I really like to shop at Best Buy because of the knowledgeable and helpful sales people.

The size was an issue not completely achieved (a bit too large for a home small desk),

No PC install disk with printer

There were 2 Mac disks for installation in the box and no PC disk. I went back to Best Buy where I purchased the computer and they told me to call HP. Between going back to the store and two phone calls as well as searching the internet for help I spent over 4 hours trying to fix a problem that was a mistake on HP's end.

Great wifi laser printer cheap price

The only complaint I could have and its reaching to get it is its a bit slow printing but it's reasonable like 12 ppm or so
