always used hp printer never have a problem, with this i have to exchange twice never work, will not recommended (:

This printer is very solid bargain. For the price, it offers excellent printing, scanning, and fax features. Although it doesn't print very fast, I would not expect that for such an inexpensive printer. Overall great deal.

The bottom line is, I finally did get the thing to print. I failed to load the driver online -- never did figure out why. I couldn't get the wireless connection to work, either, and the HP online "Help" wasn't much help. But I can print if I take may laptop over to the desk and connect it with a cable, so I guess that's good enough. I didn't even bother asking Best Buy for help because I didn't purchase the (in my opinion) overpriced Geek Squad protection, and based on past experience, they won't even talk to you if you don't have that.

I bought this for my parents and it happened to be on sale. It works great. They primarily use it just for printing, but having the multi function capability is nice.

I love this printer for the speed and simplicity. I wish it would have come with a manual for some questions I have.

I needed a scanner more than a printer and this printer/scanner fit the bill perfectly. Scanning is fine, though a little slow but for the price, you can't go wrong.

It turns out this all in one printer... is not all in one. It does not scan. I have tried contacting HP with no success. If it could scan, it would be rated excellent.

Only problem is the envelope printing. Hav e to remove be paper to print envelope. Cannot find a way around this

The printer works well. My only complaint is that the salesman told me I could print from my IPad and this turns out not to be an air printer. By the time I realized the mistake, I could not return it as there is a 15 day return policy which I also did not realize. As a result of the poor return policy, I probably won't be purchasing anything else from Best Buy. My main reason for buying a new printer was to get one that could print from my IPad. Now I'm stuck.

So far it works great. I've never had luck with HP printers though so i'm hoping this one last more than 16 months unlike all the others I've bought

I bought this printer because it is a laser printer and I wanted to print out a lot but save on toner. So far so good!

I thought I purchased a color printer since I asked to compare it to a similar color printer without a scanner. I will have to wait 2 more weeks.

Easy set up, wireless connection was so simple I couldn't believe it, lasts a long time on print cartridge, have not had to replace it yet.

This product has every feature we were looking for plus some. The set-up was easy and within ten minutes of unboxing it we were in business!

I was getting beaton down by ink costs for my last (inkjet) printer. This printer cost a bit more but is much more affrdable to use.

Printer was somewhat difficult to set up and directions were inadequate. Eventually figurd it out and printer is fine.

I kept having issues with my inkjet printer cartridges drying up. That is why I switched to a Laser jet printer. NO more issues.

Never a fan of all in one units. Had to manually download the driver.
