Very light for the device, take 10 mins or set it up

when you send any printing document to the printer , it takes forever to wakeup from sleeping mode, some time it looks like it never received the order. And all of a sudden it prints, very frustrating.

Came with 2 CD Drivers. Hit the fax key by mistake and the printer went into a loop for 2 days that had the screen go black. I prefer the Brother MFC-9130-CW way better. Spend the extra money

It keep loosing connection every single time when i'm trying to scan to google drive. Very disappointed.

The printer I had before was an hp all in one printer. From the touch screen in the front you could scan print and fax. This printer's touch screen doesn't have scan. Now it's saying there's a paper jam. The paper isn't jammed anywhere and I can't use it. I would not recommend buying this HP laser jet all in one printer I'm returning it to Best Buy

This is incredibly frustrating. This printer has NOT been able to 'wirelessly' connect with my Microsoft computer.

I have had this printer a few days and so far it has been very good. The setup is very easy for wifi/network printing. With a lot of people using Windows 10 now I recommend getting the drivers from the HP support website instead of installing with the outdated CD that comes in the box. This laser printer can print fast! Copy and scanning is also nice. The price is toner seems like it will be a good value. Tip/FYI** If you are getting the "install black cartridge" message make sure you take the toner out and remove the orange plastic that is actually inside the printer.

Only set it up tonight so don't know if there will be issues down the line, but set up was easy although the directions weren't that easy to follow. Very fast printer, printing from the iPhone was too easy to believe. Not hard to set it up to print from email but you have to have a Snapfish password to log in to HP connect. Easy to install to the pc. Only problem is I couldn't figure out how to scan. Scan software didn't install. Spent 1.5 hours on set up before quitting for the night. Will research and try again tomorrow. Not recommend ing this until I can figure out scanning. The printer is for my 70+ yr old parents who would never be able to get the scanner working.

Slow to print with interruptions during printing multiple pages

Printer is extremely unreliable and its wifi ability is very weak. The printer takes forever to print. Not a good printer for a person trying to maximize time on task
