I love this printer! It is so easy to use. It prints great and is easy to scan and make copies. I love being able to print wirelessly. I bought this printer after breaking a fairly new Canon all-in-one printer while trying to change the cartridge for the first time. It was not as user friendly as this HP and turned out to be a piece of junk. I am so happy with this printer that I wish I had broken the Canon printer sooner.

Printer was effortless to setup, even adding to my wireless network, is very quick and very quiet when printing.

My mother in law's inkjet all-in-one printer (Epson Workforce) needed replacing (it was going through ink like crazy and the output was terrible). She wanted better output and less need for constant ink replacement. This printer (so far) is what she wanted. While I am sure she will miss the color output on some things, the speed of output is tremendous (10 seconds from sleep to delivery) and the quality of the output is far superior to the inkjet. I like it enough to consider replacing my inkjet with a color laserjet.

Although some setup process quirks, once installed it performs flawlessly. It can print at 200, 600 and 1200. Its "EconoMode" (200) is just perfect for everyday drafts and other printing jobs for which printing with more resolution would be a waste. Its is fast and silent, much like a precision-made machine. And the wireless works perfectly. Very satisfied with this printer.

You can't really go wrong when it comes to HP laser printers. And in the case of this particular printer, you get a ton of features that make this printer stand out from all the rest. Besides the obvious laser jet quality printing, you also get the convenience of Wi-Fi connection, web page management interface, and an awesome document scanning application. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who wants to purchase a high quality laser printer, with all the features and functions you expect in today's modern printers.

Love the printer. It's so fast and easy to use. It is a little big for the space I have but for the price I got it's worth it.

Bought this for my accounting and tax preparation business. The box advertises a higher print speed than I can't seem to get up to. My print speeds are slow, but I only use back and white. I wish HP would give instructions or examples on how to get the print speeds up to what they are advertising on the box. Other than that I think the print, scan, and copy features work great with my Windows 8.1.

I have one of these at each of my offices. It's a workhorse. It does have problems if you're printing more than 200 pages at once, as it overheats and needs to cool down; but not an issue if you can wait. The top (scanner part) is flimsy if you're lifting to scan, but I normally use the feeder. I've tried most office laser printers in the under $400 range and this seems to be the best.

Under OS X 10 you can activate the scan function from the Systems Preferences [select Printers + Scanners] but it is an extra step. When I am scanning I keep the Printers + Scanners window open on my desktop. The wake from sleep issue seems to be a systemic problem with HP printers. I have encountered it with a number of HP printers on various networks. It may be tied to the economy mode but even disabling this default does not resolve the issue. Other than these two relatively minor points, the printer is reliable, quiet and produces good quality text at a fairly high rate.

Easy to use. Excellent when needing a wireless printer. Scans well. Nice for lay down or feed through copies. Copies can be shadowy at times.

This printer was super easy to user. By following the easy instructions the printer was up and running in no time. I was quickly printing from my laptop, iPhone and Ipad. What a great tool -- especially handy for printing things like air boarding passes or online train tickets directly from a phone or tablet

I went after this printer due to its features and size. Then, I stumbled across a competitor's ad that week that had the same printer at a much lower price PLUS a $20 gift card for purchases over $75. Best Buy not only matched the other store's price, but they also provided a $20 Best Buy gift card to match the other store's promotion. This turned into a very good deal for me. Using the gift card and my points to get a small TV for my den.

I purchased this printer/scanner on sale based on an online ad in order to use it with my new iMAC. The drivers for my ten-year-old printer were not available for my new system. It was easy to link with the computer and has been working well. I am pleased with the purchase. I always purchase the replacement coverage with any item that I purchase from Best Buy and it has paid for itself on several occasions.

The printer was easy to set up and prints great and the bonus was the low price.

This multi-function machine has everything you need, except for color printing. Setup is a breeze, printing, scanning, copying and faxing is all possible with the M127fw. Wi-Fi compatible, so you don't have to be tethered to your computer to print or scan. HP always delivers top-tier products, this is no exception. I bought this for a client; it's the same model I use in my home office.
