It was also very easy to setup scan-to-email on this too, which helps a lot instead of scanning to my computer and then sending the email from the computer. I can now do this in one step! This printer also produces exceptional prints and copies. It's quiet and has a very nice touch screen. I went to get a new passport at the library, and was surprised to see that the lady has this same printer! She said that it is easier to use than her large printer that is used by everyone else. This makes sense, as I wouldn't change anything on this, it is the ideal printer and copier!

The genuine ink is expensive and I end up buying the generic compatible brands which work great. This printer is fast and very dependable. Cannot complain about this All in One!

The printer is larger than I would like, but more than makes up for it in performance and robustness. I was also pleased with how quickly it prints. Great product.

For the price, this is an excellent printer with high quality construction. Printing in color and black & white are clear and clean. No issues with printing from Windows, MAC, or Ubuntu Linux 16.04 or newer. Scaned documents from this printer are sharp and clear. I replaced an m277dfw printer with this model because the documentation indicated the scan resolution was higher, so scan quality for pictures should be better. Unfortunately, I don't see any improvement when scanning pictures, even after upgrading the printer firmware. The picture scanning is the only reason I gave this unit 4 stars and not 5. In reality I would give it 4.5 to 4.75 stars as picture scanning was a nice-to-have, not a need-to-have.

I like almost everything about this printer. I need a workhorse, and it fits the bill. Prints beautifully and pretty quickly. Love the auto-feed for copying. Love the touch screen. Easy to load. The only drawback MIGHT be that the two-sided function is not automatic. You have to manually reload the paper - not a hard process, but I've been spoiled by the automatic feature of professional models. The good part of that though is it eliminates a part that easily malfunctions or breaks. Very good printer - would purchase again.

Setting the printer up was fast and easy. It's been reliable to use these last few months. The wife really likes the built-in checklists that she can print out.

This is a quality printer for the use of a small office or someone who prints a lot at home. I would not recommend this for anlarge sclae business, but a small business or home office suits it well. The AirPrint option has been great for printing from laptops or cellphones. However, im a little diapointed that there is no double sided print option when using AirPrint even when printing Word docs from a laptop. Thats kind of a pain and not to mention a watse of resources. If able to two sided print using airprint then it would get 5 stars. I give it 3.75 stars.

Good quality printing scanning etc. Goes into sleep mode and then shows offline when I try to print. Have to press the power button to get it to print. Was easy to setup

I had this printer in my office at work and liked it so much that I bought the same model for my home. It has excellent photo print/scanner quality, is wireless and has a large paper tray.

This printer has been great so far. I was worried about getting a laser printer as this is my first one. I am sure I won't like it as much when I have to replace the toner, however, it works just like I was hoping. It prints fast. No more waiting forever for an inkjet. It really shines when you need to make multiple copies of something and it goes so fast. I wish it had the ability to print on both sides for the price. However, it wasn't worth it to me for the price difference to the model that had it. I rarely print on both sides, so when I do, I will just load the paper in and do it that way.

Very easy network setup, which is leagues better than the HP printer I was using previously. Within 10-15 mins from unwrapping, I had three different computers around the house... printing. (This is my second HP laser printer in recent years, but the other is not network capable... I do not believe) On the customer service side, I ran into some challenges/miscommunication on the price match policy (that was frustrating as I had to lug this all the way back to the store) and returned the item with Best Buy... but I just picked it from a different vendor. Still a great printer tho...

Our canon inkjet that plagued us with constant trips to buy expensive finally died. We replaced it with this color laser all in one printer. The operation is flawless and can spit out 20 printed pages faster than my inkjet could print 2. The ink drums are huge and I'm thinking it's going to be a while until i need to replace them. Scanning documents is a breeze and the software is intuitive. I'd never go back to inkjets. Laser all the way.

Easy to use from our phones. The scan function to a computer is a little more difficult to use than our other HP. It is fast, but the black is a little light. That is why I'm at 4 stars and not 5.

This printer prints fast, was easy to install and meet all requirements I have. Scanner software is easy to use, both as single page and multi document scanner.

To heavy abd bog for home office. Not recommended for small spaces since it’s heavy and bulky. Print, scans and make excellent copies. Recommended for high volume business.

Easy set up and connected wirelessly with little trouble to our wireless devices. During set up, difficult to "back up" to change any earlier settings. Good print quality, small paper tray.
