Just hooked up the printer and set up was easy enough to do. I like the feature of being able to email pictures to printer for immediate print out

Scan quality not the greatest but acceptable; print quality is good; I don't do a lot of printing so I wanted an inexpensive color laser printer because ink jet printers can have problems when not used regularly; wanted an MFP to free up space instead of having a separate printer and scanner; have not used the wireless / internet printing functionality yet; did not get the duplexing model as I have found that the savings in paper gets somewhat offset by the need to purchase thicker more expensive paper or the printing is visible through the paper; so far good value for what I paid;

Fast and reliable! Easy to use. Love it! Only thing... is that I wish it had two-sided to two-sided automatic copying!

It prints good and fast. I like that I can print from anywhere in the world. It's a bit bulky but it does the job.

Fast, Easy to setup, multifunction and can copy or scan to a thumb drive. Toner may be a little pricey but I think its worth it.

Easy setup and quality is better than my inkjet printer. Only issue is that it does not automatically duplex.

Took 5 minutes to set the printer up. Does self testing. Easy to install for a first time user. The print quality is good.

This multifunction device is incredibly quick and quiet. I can scan, print AND run multiple copies without waking anyone in the house!

Was tired of dealing with inkjets for years and decided to give this one a go. The setup was incredibly easy on one PC and incredibly difficult on another (never really completely set up, I blame the PC though). I is SOOO much faster than the ink jets and what a delight to have it come out dry immediately without smudging. My only complaint would be that duplex (2 sided) printing is manual and not automatic. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Spontaneous purchase upon seeing a demo of color quality in store. We own an ad agency and have all high end color proofing systems costing near new car prices but also costing $10 per print off rolls only. This unit allows for pleasing graphic color at much less than similar all-in-one inkjet ink costs. Unit on sale cost us around $369 plus warranty so very affordable and we have decent quality on each page unlike inkjet that run random color or oversaturate ink onto pages.

Bought for my office. Works great. Simple to connect to wi-fi system. Have had no issues. Printing quality is very good

Excellent, fast, easy setup on wireless and does everything we ask it to do. It's also quieter than out previous LaserJet.

Only had a few weeks but I love this printer, Have to wake it up before you use it which just requires a tap of a button if it goes to sleep, has a lot of bells and whistles which I probably won't use but, the main reason I bought it was because my inkjet printer is expensive to use, ink has to be replaced too often. This printer has a lot cool options, like printing over the net so I can have printed what I need when I get home. It will take some time to figure this one out but its worth the money!

I recommend this printer. The quality is top notch and the price is reasonable. It also came with a Best Buy gift card inside.

Its fast, quiet, efficent and does the job perfectly. The pictures tend to be slightly darker than my officejet printer.

We decided to purchase a new laser printer (it also Scans, Fax, & Copies). Very happy with our purchase.
