As I said the print is very good but I am disappointed in the picture quality I'm getting. I don't get true facial coloring, did much better with my old HP.

Fast and easy setup. Prints great, and doesn't take a lot of room in my office

Purchased this to use at home with our new HP Laptop, from Best Buy Associate recommendations. Set-up seems very easy. Also started Instant Ink Service, per recommendation & the jury is still out on how well we will like this service, until we start using it more. Thus far, very pleased with performance of the printer. Also felt it was reasonably priced.

Our printer crapped out on us, so I was looking for an upgrade to our former printer for basic minimal home printing and copying needs. It's still new, so we're still learning, but so far so GOOD! We really like the usability of this product, and the quality of the printed copy. So ... so far so good!

I love this printer, it is wireless. Makes great copies. Easy to use!

The setup went without a hitch. It prints fast compared to other printers I've had, and quieter as well. The print quality is good for normal documents, haven't tried pictures yet. Had one issue when the wifi disconnected, then found it was my fault. When moving my router, the wifi was inadvertently turned off. The printer reconnected when the router issue was corrected.

this worked out great. good quality printing and easy setup. you can use your cell phone wifi hotspot to sync and print from mobile device.

I was looking for a good printer which can print faster too. Compared with other major brands. But went with HP for the quality and support.

I love my all-in-one printer. It was so easy to hook up. Had it up and running to all my electronics in no time. Would highly recommend it.

This was easy to set up with my computer even my husband could set it up and he is technology challenged.

It prints paper. I needed something that printed paper and this thing does that.....oh and it does a bunch of other stuff. Top notch.

Bought a HP 6968 printer. I'm amazed at the advancement in technology in the last six years. Best printer/copier/fax I've ever owned!

This HP 6968 Office Jet printer works very well for me. It was easy to set up and I am printing to it via WiFi. I also signed up for the HP Instant Ink replacement program. I believe this will save me some $$$$'s on ink cartridges while being loyal to HP ink cartridges instead of trying to find cheaper generic ones that ALWAYS gave me problems in the past.

So easy to install and work, WAS SURPRISE HOW EASY IT WAS TO FAX, AND IT PRINTS BOTH SIDES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO ANYONE

I've been due for an upgraded machine for a while only, because I had a machine that functioned as a one sided printer. What's even better is along with scanning and faxing this machine also makes double sided prints, as well as gives your printer a personal email to send documents to so they can be easily printed from.

This printer is a good size and extremely effective. I also love the Replenishment program that Best Buy offers super convenient.
