I needed a printer fax copier scanner that had a good price ,but I also wanted quality, this HP surely fit my needs.

The printer starts without a long wait period and is reasonably quick. Print quality is very good. Colors are acceptable. The required HP ink (902) is not widely available and is quite expensive ($60 plus to refill the four cartridges). Paper addition and use of the features to copy and fax are all very convenient. It is a good unit for light users but the expense of the ink would likely make it a poor choice for heavier users.

Great printer, fast, easy to use, but difficult to figure out how to print 2-sided to 2-sided. Otherwise, love it.

This compact printer is surprisingly lightweight. Prints in color and black and white., has fax, scanner and photocopy capabilities as well. Great for a home office with minimal space. I would buy this again!

Did a review of printers to replace my HP. Discovered the 6968 wireless. Has all the functions I need. Set up was a breeze. Screen extremely easy to read as to functions and other aspects of the printer. Quality printing with precise color and lines. Compact unit and couldn't beat the price point.

I love how easy is to get the wireless printer setup and can print from anywhere to it, including my phone.

HP has gotten down the steps to connecting their wifi printers to home networks and this device is no exception. I was up and running in a matter of seconds. I also really like that I can use the phone app to initiate a scan, and then use that document in an email from my phone. I've been in the process of buying a home and this came in handy multiple times, as did the printer having its own email address - I'd just tell my broker to email the docs to my printer and they would be awaiting my signature when I got home. All of this for a great price too!

The HP Officejet Pro 6986 is a good printer that can be installed easily using the online installation tool. The print quality is very good. The scanning function is good, though the scan quality is medium due to a medium level pixel rate. The copying function is good. Paper feed is generally reliable, though paper jams on ordinary 20 lb paper have occurred. The default duplexing capability is very useful and works OK. HP has included an automatic ink replenishment program with the drawback that ink cartridges may not be fully used before the printer suggests replacing them. I would not suggest trying to run paper heavier than about 40 lb bond through the printer. I have successfully run "clean edge" business card forms and lighter weight glossy photo paper through by putting a single sheet at a time in the paper feed tray.

Needed new multi printer. Have used HP products previously and was pleased with performance and reliability. Did my research and located the OfficeJet at the store in Delafield. Was compact, paper and ink use was advertised as good. Bought unit. Fit well. Set up a piece of cake and unit was usable within half hour. Enrolled in HP Ink refill program. Have been pleased and very satisfied with the results and purchase.

I love how this printer has the touch screen. Fits nicely in my space, efficient, and quiet!

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT PRINTER. MY ONLY REQUIREMENTS WHEN I WENT LOOKING TO REPLACE AN OLDER PRINTER WERE THAT WHATEVER PRINTER I PURCHASED BE ALL-IN-ONE AND HAVE INDIVIDUALLY REPLACEABLE INK CARTRIDGES. THIS MEETS ALL AND PRINTS MUCH FASTER THAN THE ONE IT REPLACED.
