User friendly and nice print best all in one I've had ever

Great printer have had for 2 months with no issues. Use it 1-2 times a week for light printing and scanning. App on my phone allows me to scan and print, and with the wifi I can print from my phone.

I had the HP OfficeJet 3830 Printer, and it started jamming constantly after only 6 months of light-medium usage. Since I had the Geek Squad Warranty on it, I took it back to Best Buy and I was informed that this particular location no longer carries the 3830, so I decided to try the HP OfficeJet 6968. I didn’t like how much larger/bulkier the 6968 is, and I did have to pay a small price difference, but I think it’s worth it, because the 6968 is much faster than the 3830 and I like the fact that the screen is a bit larger, plus it’s a color screen, so it makes navigating tools and adjusting settings much easier. So far I’m happy with the 6968 and I hope that it lasts longer than my 3830 did.

In this price range i don't know what else you'd want in a printer. Easy to set up and connect to wifi, nice full display screen, prints good but not great pictures, has an app to print from iphone/ipad.

So far so good with this printer. I've always been a big HP Pribter fan. But the last 2 that I bought have left me wondering. I bought one and it messed up within days of purchase. Took it back got another the same model. It lasted 3wks. Then it just quit. So I took it back to BestBuy and gave it one more shot. Looks like this one is going to work out. I wanted a simple ink jet that didn't cost an arm and a leg to replace the ink cartridges. I wanted fax, document freedobg and double sided printing. And I wanted iOS compatibility for my phones and iPads. This one fits all those and prints nicely. My faith has been restored. Kudos go to BestBuy for taking the other 2 doa printers and refunding my money w/o a hiccup.

Setup was very easy..I did it myself! Only setback, after it was working great, for no reason, it kept stating there was a paper jam. VERY patiently I went through all the recommended protocol and it would not clear. Was about ready to return it when it ran it's own maintenance program. It is working fine now. Holding my breath...

Very easy to set up. Print quality and speed exceeded my expectations. I've used the scanner, copier, and fax features and all works great! I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with this printer. Easy to set up, pretty fast, and absolutely no issues so far. Had it for nearly two months, printed about 250 pages and still using the starter ink. Love that it has the document feeder, large paper tray, and can still print photos. Good buy!

I replaced my 10 year old HP with a new one that has a few extra additions. Love the duplex ability and that I can even print something from the other side of my house from my phone. I only need it for copy, scan and printing needs for household business and volunteer committees. It works great.

I bought it for my daughter. I didn’t want to spend too much but at the same time I was looking for something that would provide quality print. This product has exceeded our expections. This is worth the price...just an amazing product and would certainly recommend to anyone without second guess

I needed a printer for work, I print less than 100 copies a day. I wanted something that printed professional yet I didn't want to pay a fortune. This was the bomb! I got it on sale, plus I was able to trade in an old printer so I got a discount for that. Very happy with my purchase.

Works as expected - my highest rating. This printer was purchased for my college daughter. As I own several HP inkjet printers setting up the wifi connectivity was a breeze. My daughter set up HPs printing via email, something I have never tried. This allows printing from afar. As with most printers by most manufacturers I would like bigger ink cartridges and a greater paper capacity but both are acceptable. We are primarily an Apple Macintosh family (since 1984) so having updated printer drivers are important for long printer life. When Apple has updated their Operating System HP has very quickly updated the drivers. The inkjet print quality is very good.

I bought for the fax feature, but the price was surprisingly low. It works well and prints quickly. But it keeps unpairing from my computer as Wifi based operation. After lots of frustration I finally learned all I have to do is power the printer off and back on. Then it pairs fine and prints well.

The printer provides value since you can print, scan, and do other essential functions. It looks modern and has a touch screen which helps to interact with the printer. I have not connected the fax or the wireless functions, so I can’t comment on the quality of these functions. In my case, this printer is lightly used. A strong recommendation is to use quality thicker weight paper when scanning multiple pages since they tend to stick together when lower paper weight paper is used. Also buy extra ink, sometimes they offer a "bundle" discount. At the store, I was not sure what the difference was between this model and the HP OfficeJet Pro 6878 which is slightly better; according to the description it prints 1000 pages, this model only prints 115 pages. I would have paid the difference knowing this information. I asked for information at the store and no one knew the answer. In hindsight, I would still buy this printer (for very light printing) but would have preferred the HP Office Jet Pro 6968 for the ink savings. Someone from HP stated that there is an ink cartilage 906XL that can be used to print 1300 pages, but don't know if its comparable with this model.

This HP printer is excellent. It allows you to print easily from a phone, tablet, laptops or desktop without having a bunch of wires connected. The wifi connection to this is very convenient too and allows you to print something from a distance right from your mobile devices.
