Setup wasn’t too onerous and all works so far.
Only one oddity, that its setup was for 8120 and the product is 8125 but that must be ok?

Took too long to setup. had to call HP. WiFi keep disconnecting. This is the new 8125 OfficeJet model. The old 8020 model much easier to setup.

Good hardware, HORRIBLE software

The printer hardware works fine, but the software is awful. The printer takes a long time to think before it does anything, and often has error codes or just won't print. It's like they tried so hard to add features that they forgot that the basic print & scan features should work. I had to download an app to scan and send a file to myself, but I needed ai help to figure out how to create a "shortcut" on the app to do that. They took what should have been a simple process and turned it into a massively counterintuitive process that requires my phone and an app. My last HP computer wasn't good a decade, but I figured I would give HP another chance because this looked like a winner. This is the last HP product I buy.

I wish the 8620 had not been discontinued. The 8125 has many of the same functions but has ridiculously small cartridges that comes with extra wasteful plastic plugs that must be discarded when installing. I understand the razor/razor blade concept of inkjet printers, but I would prefer paying more for the cartridges in order to install them less frequently.

Love HP Officejet printers. Just a little more difficult to setup if you want to do it through USB port instead of wifi

Not as nice as some versions of HP printers that I previously owned you have to use high-end paper. Regular paper won’t work in the printer doesn’t seem to connect to the phone even though it shows that it’s connected probably should’ve been a little bit more and got something a little nicer.

I bought this because my last one was real good and lasted i believe about 7 years with constant use. For the price i paid it was good. This printer (like everything else being made currently) is a lot cheaper material and it makes a louder noise when printing. nevertheless it works. Not the best but for price its good/reliable. i hope it lasts me for a while.

Perfect printer for home in office. Quick printer and the feeder makes copying multiple pages very easy!
