Perfect for my needs, and really easy to set up!!!

Very good quality of printer. Easy to use and to handle

OK for printing. Poor for copying. Copy start button very small, not clearly labeled, in corner of very small display screen. Could not copy using the bed, only the doc feeder. Alert notification screen (often saying no alerts found) hangs up the menu, job.

My printer prints good quality documents, the colors are very good. It is rather easy to use. I would recommend.

Love the avalablitly of haveing this universal pritner to do all importable papaer work fits i the corner wish it wss all black but this works

The printer was very easy to set up, and I got it working immediately. Instant Ink is great, and I got my first shipment shortly after I purchased the printer. The Best Buy staff was very helpful, and made the buying experience great.

I have always used HP printers. I attempted to try Epson, for the first time. It was quickly returned. Never again! My HP is so user friendly, (opposite of Epson). The screen is easy to read, The app is very simple and responsive! Scanning is a snap. I can scan an email 80 pages, easily. No problem!!!

set up was easy, and I'm happy with the print quality. Opted for the insta ink program again...it's hard to beat it.

I love being able to ask for a print via WiFi and having it there when ever I get to pick it up. The print quality and colors seem to be very good. I'm happy with my choice of printer.

Very similar to my previous printer. I was told it would be faster but that's not the case. Sometimes it seems like it won't print my document so I walk away and wait for it to print. sometimes it goes offline, odd since the router is right next to it.

I really like my new printer. It prints very clearly and is very quiet. I would recommend this printer to all my friends and family.

Our experiences with this printer did not start of well. With some challenges, and no booklet/app, we've had to disconnect and restart it, to get it to work. The print quality is good. We're still new with it, and praying future uses will be successful.

Good machine for home use. Had a little trouble getting it to connect wirelessly, but seems to work most of the time. Only issue is that it doesn't reduce or enlarge, a feature I should have specifically checked before purchase. Like the option for instant ink.

The only printer we could connect with our T-MOBILE internet. It was a simple setup. Worked the first attempt!

Owned the previous HP Model, 8120 series. The machines have multiple features; are reliable and easy to use.

Great printer. Purchased for small business use. Very easy to set up and was able to connect computers and phones wirelessly via HP Smart app. Fast and great quality printing. Color is on point and crisp. I highly recommend for small businesses, students and home use. I would certainly purchase this again.
