The software installation was a pain, but print quality was really good -- the document feeder is probably the best I've seen on a consumer printer. The ink subscription may not be a good deal for you if you don't do the math --- use the 6 month trial to figure out your average page count, and make the decision whether to subscribe at that point. It worked well for just over 2 years, but then one month after the warranty ran out it thinks it's got a paper jam despite nothing being in the printer to cause one.

Bought this as an emergency replacement. It has worked beautifully.

I bought this because of such good reviews, however, once I set it up it doesn’t work. First, I received a start up error saying that the printhead was missing. The Geek squad said they couldn’t help because it was a hardware problem so I returned it and bought another. Second, can you believe that HP says that you have to have an online hpsmart account, and connect it to the printer, to use the printer. Third, HP says that if you want to print to wireless devices, like phones, etc,, you have to download the HP app to your devices. My hp8600 printer that I’ve had for 11 yrs (that just died :() was a plug and play. All of our devices just picked it up and printed to it. I’m not downloading an hp app to all our wireless devices. I feel like I’m in HP prison. I’ll never buy another HP printer again as long as they have these ridiculous and unnecessary requirements (and control). Very disappointed

This printer is just what we needed to get our lesson plans put together.

Easy set up. Paper tray holds plenty of copy paper.

Printer was easy to setup and I could print and scan immediately. However, I have been having issues with the printer not staying connected to my WiFi. Followed instructions but still having issues. The printer started printed a document from the queue waking me up from my sleep.

I love the printer and I also love the HP printer cartridge program.

This printer does everything I wanted in a printer! I had a HP 8600 printer for many years and it worked just fine. The New HP 9015 equals that printer but is much quieter and appears to be faster than the old printer I had for many years. Great Job in design aesthetics as well HP.

Great product! It works so well. The salespeople we worked with in store were so helpful and made the purchase very easy. We had the Geek Squad set it up and put it on our two computers. He was so knowledgeable and helpful for two seniors who are not up on all this technology.

It is the perfect printer, scanner and fax machine.

This replaced my HP 8610 and has been fantastic. Actually easier to work with than the previous model. Set up was simple and the all-in-one, does it all! Like the new placement of the USB port on the side so it now has less chance of interfering with operating the unit. Highly recommended!
