Customers are enthusiastic about the Officejet Wireless e-All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its compact size and the value for the price. While some users noted occasional noise and the potential for paper jams, the positive feedback on printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities outweighs these concerns. This was a relatively inexpensive printer and it has so many features. It has its own email address an can be used from almost any device, any distance. Just send your page and it prints it. The fax works great, copies well. Very easy to use even for a non computer person like myself.

When I recently purchased my new HP laptop, Best Buy offered this printer for a small additional price. Along with this printer they offered the toner program which I am taking advantage of. I am absolutely thrilled with this printer. It is the first wireless printer I have had. I have it in my office at one end of my house. I can be in the master bedroom which is at the other end of my house, and print from my smart phone to this printer! I can be in any room of my house with my laptop, tablet, or phone and print to this printer! It's ready to go at all times. It has the feeder for copying and scanning, and the lid opens so you can lay things on the glass to copy. The copy quality is super excellent, and it's fast. HP offers the great toner program for just a few dollars a month for unending unlimited toner, and it is absolutely the best program ever! For my needs, this printer is super excellent!

This printer meets all my needs, is easy to use, & the print quality is amazing. Since buying this, I've printed out new copies of family photos to replace ALL of the one's I have framed in my home. My old printer that I used to print the previous photos was WAY pricier than this printer, & a high quality office printer that is a huge beast of a machine that stands on the floor & is more than half the size of my desk, & this one puts it to SHAME! I was very surprised & blown away by how good this 1 is. Definitely learning great quality can & does come in smaller cheaper packages. Oh, before I forget, it prints quietly, and does NOT make jerking movements on my desk when printing that I've had happen with printers in the past. It prints smoothly, quietly, & is definitely a high quality printer. *Not to mention it is a definite space saver with wi-fi as well:)*

I love my new printer. I decided to get copier/fax/scanner/printer. It has all I need. I also signed up for instant ink to ship when my printer tells it to. It has been very convenient. My printer is very streamlined & easy to use.

This is my first experience with a wireless printer. Took a little bit of time to set up settings, etc. Seems to work well, prints quickly, but best of all it will print on both sides of the paper. Twice, when turning on, I have had to go to the menu on the printer to turn off the wireless, then turn back on to re-establish the wireless connection so it would print. Not sure whether that is due to my router, or the printer. I only use the printer occasionally, so I turn it completely off when not in use, instead of letting it go to standby mode. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this printer after my Canon Pixma all in one died. I've always had Canon printers but the InstantInk feature was a big selling point for me. The ink alone is cheaper than my old printer ink but not having to worry about running out of ink is perfect because I teach preschool and print a lot. It's fast and quieter than my old printer and with the HP paper, the prints look great. I love it so much that I told my colleagues about it and they each bought one. With the eprint feature will allow us to send lesson plans directly to over another's printer, which we all love. They recycle the old cartridges too. The only downside is that they don't have a instant paper option but maybe that will change. You cannot go wrong with this printer.

Purchased this printer to replace another HP all in one printer I had for about 5 years that finally croaked on me. It took me SEVERAL attempts to set up the wireless connection. After a connection was established between the printer and my laptop, I could send scans from the printer to the computer, but I could not get anything to print over a wireless connection. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software 5 different times before I finally got it to work. Its been working for over a week now with no problems. Not sure if it was a software issue or what, but it's all good now. The printer prints and copies very nicely. The scans work quickly and easily too. Love the fact that it allows for double sided printing and copies without having to manually turn the paper over and put it back through the machine.

This is a great printer for the price. I can print from every smart device I own. I can print from remote locations. Easy setup and installation. I signed up for the HP monthly ink service plan. Great value. Other HP models offer free internet faxing features with one touch of a button. It would be nice to have this feature for this model. HP has multiple Apps for this printer. Great printer!

I bought this to replace an old HP all-in-one I had for 8 years when it recently died. This is much smaller, quieter and faster. I did not give it 5 stars because it did not come with a cord needed for the set up process.Fortunately I still had the one from my old HP that worked. After using this printer wirelessly for a few weeks, I had to hook up the USB cord again. I have not called the Geek Squad about it yet because it really does not matter to me. This wireless problem may be unique to my setup and I am sure it can be rectified. Otherwise, I am happy with this printer.

Good little printer for general household use. Have had HP printers in the past and given he price and cost of ink replacements, you can't beat them. Most will only last 2-3 years so will see how this one does. Do not print a lot but when I do, it's quiet, somewhat fast and clean. Colors are good too (although I do not print pics as they are cheaper/better through another source). Small footprint and great wireless connectivity throughout the house.

I had an hp 6510 for 18 mo and it was out of warranty and failed to print black. I was ready to switch to another manufacturer. When shopping at best buy, the apple consultant told me he had this printer which had been recommended to him by the HP consultant who worked in the store during the holidays. He was very satisfied with the printer. So I took his advice and purchased the officejet. I am pleased with the quality of the print, ease of setup and wireless capabilities. The online user manual is thorough and explains all it's features. I'm so happy with this printer that I forgot how mad I was that the other printer failed. And just for peace of mind, I purchased several years of best buy insurance so if anything should go wrong after the warranty, I'm covered!

I purchased this printer as I have to print a lot of training materials for work. I saw it on sale, so I grabbed it. The setup was super simple. I went from opening the box to printing from my ipad in about 7 minutes. Wireless connection is a snap, provided you have the hp app for your smartphone or tablet. The scanning and copying features work flawlessly as well. I have not tried out the fax feature, however. Overall, I would recommend this multifunction printer for anyone needing a good printer/scanner/copier/fax at a good price. If you're looking for a machine to print pictures, I wouldn't quite recommend this one.

    Solid printer for home office

I work from home full time and I needed a new printer for small jobs. This printer definitely fits the fill. The setup was relatively easy, though registration was a pain (I previously registered a product with HP and couldn't remember my password). Printing works well with wireless. The way the print tray is setup makes it a little awkward to use, but it's not a big deal. I don't print too many documents at one time, which is good for this printer. I can see problems with this printer trying to handle larger documents. It's not that fast and the paper tray would not accommodate mass printing, like a true office printer would. But it's fine for my printing needs. Scanning is a little awkward. It's slow and saves files under generic names which makes it a little tedious to work with. I don't scan all that much, so I don't mind it. This would not be a great scanner for detailed pictures or fine print documents. I don't use the fax feature, so I can't comment on that (does anyone fax these days???) Overall - a good light duty printer for home office. Pros - easy setup, reliable wireless, solid printing for smaller documents. Cons - awkward paper tray, less than great scanning
