The only issue I had was the initial setup the directions are completely useless i followed them to a t with no results I had to have my brother in law who has a bachelors degree in computer technology or what ever his degree is for in computers come and set it up but I have not had one issue since ! I have used all features but the faxing part I find it easier to just scan and email so I know for sure that my documents have been recieved ! I will definitely buy again in the further if this one ever dies on me !

very nice printer

It makes everything simpler. You can scan fax copy & print from one device so it saves a lot of room too!
