Upgraded to a wireless printer, this printer was easy to set up and eay to use and prints a quality paper.

I was looking at replacing my desktop printer with a similar model that I had previously. Salesperson recommended this printer and provided great information about this printer. I've been impressed with this printer and how it's works.

Inexpensive, but good quality product. Most of the features are all right, but setting up network for wireless printing is a little bit of a pain.

Printing process is ok - sometimes a little slower than my old Dell all-in-one printer... Still learning about it as I go - have not tried scanning or any other feature yet...

The printer, scanner, fax and copier features have reduced the amount of space taken up by other equipment. And the new toner program is genius.

I liked the size and options of this printer, it is perfect for my home office and the color WiFi Printing was what I was looking for I got a great deal from HP when I bought a new computer. I could not pass it up for a printer I was gonna buy anyway

Needed a new replacement All n One printer which was capable of copying and faxing multiple sheets at a time. Decided on the HP brand due to the ordering process of new ink cartridges via the web reported by the printer itself. Very cool feature.

I love how it can be used wireless as I am a laptop holder not a desktop keeper! But this item is a tank, I have a young nephew that would literally hit this with a bat when I'm not around and it's still standing in good shape (although I do carry the protection plan which also I highly recommend). Only downfall is when I print multiple pages you must remove them at once as the porch tray will overload easily and the papers would fall out, not to mention it's slower than a $40 one but you can't beat the wireless feature and resistance!

I love this all in one printer with printer, copier, scanner and fax. Very user friendly, I would recommend printer to my family and friends

The only complaint that I have is that the software for this product has glitches. The project will print and then an error message will pop up on your computer. I have learned to ignore this but is still kind of annoying.

Very easy to set up, which was what I was most worried about in getting a wireless printer. Easy to use, good print quality. Haven't used the scanner yet.

The printer works perfect. The only issue I have is that it is a bit difficult when you attempt to figure out which way the fax, copy and scan. It also was easy etty quickly.

We replaced an Epson printer because the print quality was not what we wanted. The HP has a much better print quality and is easier to use than the Epson.

It is easy to use and prints decent photos. I think it is good value for the amount of money I paid for it.

I have used HP Products for my computing needs for the past 15 years. I depend on BestBuy to provide those products. So now I have a very reliable printer at a great price with all sorts of options for warranty. Can't beat the deal ANYWHERE!

I've always been a fan of HP printers. I bought this printer for a second office so didn't need a "top of the line - most expensive printer" out there. It's sleek, reliable and completes all the functions needed for an office in your home.
