We needed a dependable printer/copier for a smaller work space. I have been very happy with it and after a year's use, it has proven to be very dependable.

Very happy with it. Easy for me to install and smaller in size than previous printer.

I was looking for a nice inexpensive printer and the clerk who helped me, was absolutely correct.

Wireless setup was easy, single sided printing is fast, duplex is a bit slower. HP instant ink is an available option - for a monthly fee the printer will order replacement ink from HP automatically when it runs low. Print quality is good. Scan & Fax also work well.

I love my wireless printer, I do not have to mess in trying to find the right connection or plug, i can just print from whenever near my printer, thank you.

really like being able to scan to PDF and document feeder makes it easier to do multiple pages. Also don't have to attach to laptop to do this.

Worked great in the beginning. Now it doesn't print all the time. Errors pop up. Paper jams often.

No complaints yet. We'll see how quick it eats the ink. Hopefully its better than my last one.

Not to bad given the price. On a few occasions, the printer has stopped printing in the middle of my document, stating there was an error.

Needed a new printer since both my husbands and mine died at the same time. We only use it for occasional printing and this was a very good price since we bought it on sale. Bigger then I would have liked but easy to set up and does a nice job. I don't know about printing quality for pictures yet since we've only used it for word documents but so far so good.

The printer was for a older computer and the store recommended this printer and it works good.

Haven't had a problem. Used in my home for things we want to have hard documentation of, such as making a copy, or printing a document. Also does well for scanning and sending the documents over wifi. I use the draft mode and black ink only. however with the IPAD I do not have that capability. Prints only with the best. Maybe I need to look up more info on it to adjust but just haven't yet.

Gets the printing job done at hand. Just lacks in not being able to print photos but i really dont do that.

The printer was a little hard to install and set up compared to others I have bought in the past, but I was able to get going without too much hassle.

Nice printer for the price. Installs easily. All functions work well.

Easy setup, great for homework assignments. Scanner is a bonus item.

Easy to use and simple to set up. Of course it is wireless and that is a plus!!!

Printer is very good. No problems other than software installation. Support eventually got it fixed but took a few days of back and forth for a problem that appears to be known. Would give 5 stars without the setup problems. Basic print driver not an issue. Able print from pc, tablet and phone. Install on 64bit win 7 requires the Administrator user.

This printer has exceeded my expectations in ease of use and the print quality

Very happy with this purchase - especially since it was such a great price. I bought it in conjunction with an HP computer and got it for only $20!
