My wife brought this home and played with it for hours trying to get it to recognize her laptop wirelessly. With the software installed, you could see it, it could see the laptop but it refused to show any signs of printing from it. The following evening I wasted a few hours to no avail. We could get it to work on my wired desktop and our two cellphones (both android) but not her laptop which was going to be the one it would have been primary used. That was obviously a deal breaker and it went back. I didn't feel so bad when she showed up with an HP Photosmart 7520 Wireless e-All-In-One Printer the following night and I had everything up and running in less than an hour on all our devices. That eliminated "operator error" as to why this one didn't want to connect. What I saw of this printer looked promising as far as print quality and features from my desktop and the phones. But getting things to connect and work were not as simple as advertised.

A great 1st printer easy to set up and my kids love it! And if your looking for a very good printer that does ir all this is the one!

The printer has been performing well, producing crisp and clear print products. The only complaint I have is the price of the ink!

Bought because it had great reviews but it had trouble recognizing the ink cartridges that came with the printer. Bought new ink and the same result. Had to return it.

Excellent print quality for the price. The printed paper holder could be made of more durable plastic as it looks easy to break.

This is an awesome print and copier for the price and really works well. All functions are easy to navigate and the ink lasts long and is not too, too costly as compared to some others. The wireless does loose connectivity occasionally, but I think that is my carrier and I have contacted them repeatedly about that. The E print is great and works perfectly. My only "con" is that the unit is rather large for my desk and rather "bulky" in size, but I attribute that to the fax capability and the feeder. This is well priced and well worth purchasing.

This product was fantastic. The ink lasts forever (I'm a college student) and it's bright and fast printing! Would highly recommend for anyone!

The instructions are easy to follow. It's simple to use and is well suited to the needs of my college dorm resident daughter.

easy to set-up and operate. Supplied CD made setting up and use easy. Not as fast scanning and printing as I had hoped for.

I was able to set it up without any problems and it worlds great. Just buy additional ink because the cartridge that comes with it is small.

Picture quality is great, extremely fast, and seems to use less ink than others.

Love the compact size, various paper sizes, and eprint! Printing directly from a mobile device, iPads and iPhones for is, is extremely easy.

I have had lots of HP printers and his printer is the best and easiest to use by far.
