Easy setup and use

We had a power surge, and now the fax , don't work

We called the store, where we bought it. not sure . thought the warranty, might take care of it., since it is only a couple weeks old, but didn't get any answers from the person, my husband talked too. A little disappointed. not sure of the answer below, if warranties aren't, good, don't know about recommending Best Buy. I would have with out a doubt, before the power surge. hope this helps!

Difficult to operate and connect.
