    This is the 2nd one that I've had. My first one "broke" within 2 weeks of me having it. I used a little thicker stock paper to print certificates and from that point on, it would no longer "take in" the paper. This one was my replacement. So far I've had no problems. I haven't used a thicker stock paper yet. Hopefully when I do, there will be no problems. I'm loving it so far.

    It was easy to install and the wireless connection was a breeze. Love the paper feed feature. Wish I had purchased this earlier when my husband was working and we scanned a ton of documents for invoices!
